Ripped my dad off. Instead of the men working in the back of the shop explaining my dad's options of buying a new bicycle instead of repairing an older bike they went ahead and charged him $300 to repair a bike we can't even sell for HALF if we tried. We sould have bought a new bike off them instead if they would have just pointed out the cost was about the same. We will not be coming back. Highly not recommended for bicycle repairs.

Worse than car salesman. Also tried telling me I needed a new chain, told him to show me why but couldn't get the gauge to fit when I was looking, strange.

Got a flat tire on your Stump jumper? Need a derailleur adjust to use all your gears? Jeff and the staff have got you covered. Having used the bike repair shop and retail portion of this shop have earned them my allegiance for future bike needs. Combine that with their commitment to community health ( Slo Rides in the summer) and willingness to go the extra mile in repairing has earned Sonoma County Bike shop 5 stars. And it helps to have a cruiser bike raffle each SloRide to gather town interest: These guys are really interested in getting people on bikes and out of cars one at a time.

Called to see about getting a broken spoke replaced and the wheel trued up. Tech said it would be a small charge for the spoke but it may take up to an hour and the base charge would be $40! I said, "Are you serious?" He said yes. I called BiCi's. They did it in 15 mins for a total of $17. Make your own conclusions from this.

The folks there are very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of bikes. The only problem is the location. The drivers in Petaluma are so rude! Even when I tried to walk my bike across the street at a crosswalk to get to a safe neighborhood it was dangerous. Even parking on the street and getting out into traffic is a hazard. The location makes shopping there too difficult!

The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us find exactly the mountain bike we were looking for while keeping in mind the budget we had available, and made sure that we went home with all of the gear we would need. We have been very happy with our purchase, and they are very accessible if we need anything. I highly recommend them :)

I showed up with an bicycle needing a new tubes and new tires. I took the new parts home to install, but found that the tires were one size too small. When I went back, the technician apologized for his mistake, found the correct parts, and then insisted on installing everything free of charge. He even gave the bike a general tune up, checking the brakes, tightening the gear shifters and letting me know that everything was working properly. The service was good, the workmanship was good, the parts selection was good, and the prices seemed good to me. I will definitely revisit this shop in the future.
