Been looking at IOS6...  It made we wonder, when is the right time for Apple to give IOS a facelift?  I think it's well overdue, it's coming up to 5 years old now.  I think it's looking a bit old and tired. Google have implemented their new style right across the suite of web and mobile platforms...  Android Jelly Bean has been modernized and is light years from the initial Cupcake builds of 2007..  Facebook,......well they're the exact opposite, I'd be happy if Facebook settled on an style or interface for longer than 6 months!

I suspect some Apple devotees may start to get bored with the 5 year old look on their brand new Iphone5's or perhaps even 6's if Apple don't look the spruce up the OS within 2 years. The Apple fraternity pride themselves on their eye for design, and just like fashion, no style is 'timeless'...

The Integrated Nav systems Debate.. Google have had theirs for a while, Apple's about to release it's competitor in IOS6..  Google has recently expanded it's services to download offline components of maps, not sure what Apple's alternative is capable of yet..  To Nokia users, anything but full offline maps is unacceptable because Nokia's come with all offline Maps pre-installed apparently...  Yep, that's your 'FREE' Nav system alternatives..

What I don't get Nokia-ites.... If you need offline maps so badly, why not simply buy a 3rd party nav app?! There's a gagillion of them on all 3 platforms?!  Seriously who bases their whole platform decision on a 30 dollar app? Geez, Nokia probably integrated the maps because after the N97, they couldn't rely on the bloody useless brick to get a solid signal long enough to support live data supplements..LOL...

The Glaucus Atlanticus Sea Slug may look like something out of a Final Fantasy game, but this tiny creature is all too real and can pack a nasty sting! It is one of the few creatures able to feed on P. physalis or the Portuguese Man o'War due to an inherent immunity to it's toxic nematocysts. After ingestion, G. Atlanticus collects the venom in specialized sacs or cnidosacs that lie on the tips of thin feather-like fingers on its body. Because this venom is stored, it can eventually be even more powerful than the original toxin from the Man o' War itself.

My time at Gartner is nearly over and i will leave feeling very underwhelmed and disolusioned. I fear my once exciting frontier is turning into an industry of beauraceacy and endless methodology.. Fine i guess if thats what floats your boat but for me I think it might be time to find a new profession..

Paul's Mini Full Breakfast

This one is great for busy office workers who don't have much time but enjoy a good savory breakfast. This breakfast is still low in calories and saturated fats! All you need is a microwave and a toaster!

This has less calories than a bowl of Sultana Bran with Skim Milk!!

Nutrition Info:
Calories: 186
Carb: 13 grams
Fat: 7 grams
Protein: 14 grams
Saturated Fat: 2 grams

Preparation Time: 3 Minutes

1 Medium Egg -- 63 Calories
1 Slice Shaved Virginian Ham -- 28 Calories
1 Slice Wholemeal Bread -- 69 Calories
3 Button Mushrooms -- 11 Calories
1/2 Tomato -- 15 Calories

Chuck your bread on to toast. Grab a coffee cup and fill it half way with hot water. Crack the egg into the cup. Microwave on high for 40 seconds to 1 minute. (I microwave it for 42 seconds in our microwave which is a 1000watt) Don't be scared to stop the microwave and check the egg in any case. Once the egg is cooked drain the water and leave the egg in the cup.

Slice the mushrooms on a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Place the 1/2 tomato on the plate and heat for 30 seconds.
