Be reminded that you have been created for a purpose and that God has a plan for your days..
Knowing this to be true, we should approach our activities with enthusiasm but that isn't always the case is it?
No, some days we drag ourselves out from between the sheets with a sigh and inward feelings of antipathy.
Today I want to simply encourage you to approach your day with an attitude of wonderful expectation. I need this encouragement myself so...let's do it together!

I confess that I struggle with my water consumption and for this reason, I decided to drink more water and track it.
It is always WATER FIRST!
1 - I keep my water bottle in hand.
2 - I drink my daily ounces - usually 75oz
3 - I drink 16 ounces before every meal to help fill up!

There are a lot of studies out there showing that age 50 is right around the point that most people start to see serious declines in their muscle and bone health and serious increases in their weIight (I can testify to that :( ).
This shouldn't mean that now is the time to give up: now is the time to get started!

My workout today worked my entire body. It was about 35 minutes long, and I did 2 sets of 15 reps using weights and Resistance Loops. I paced myself! It took me a minute to get used to the moves and rep patterns. The reason why I love streaming my workouts or using DVDs is that I can pay attention to the instructor's form cues, even rewinding the moves —because I don’t want you to hurt myself. It is also convenient and quick. I try to workout early in the morning, before my busy day. Sometimes I have to workout in the evening. No matter what time I move my body, even if I don't feel like it. I just go for it.
The best of all is to have an accountability group to keep me motivated as I complete my journey. :)

Find Exercises that Don't Feel Like Exercises!
Not all exercises are lifting weights or running laps. Some of the best exercises don’t feel like exercises at all and finding an exercise that feels more like a hobby can be good for your body and for your inspiration.
Examples include swimming,yoga and dancing. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator and walking instead of taking a car can all burn calories and build muscle without the need to count reps or check your pulse.

Working out to lose weight and gain muscle sounds like a good idea, and it is. It also sounds easy, but it’s not.
One of the hardest parts of working out is actually getting down to it. So how can we stay motivated to work out?
Start Working Out!
It may sound counterintuitive, but one of the best ways to stay motivated to work out is to work out often.
I love working out at least for 30 minutes a day. I usually workout at home and getting my workout integrated into
my schedule is a great way to stay committed to it.

Go Brazil! The World Cup 2018 continues and Brazil keeps going forward. We are still recovering from our 2014 World Cup defeat in Brazil, so each victory is appreciated. Friday is our next game!!! My heart will be strong!!!

Do you need motivation to workout? Find an Accountability Partner!
Having a friend or family member work out with you, or even just telling them about your fitness goals, can be a big help when it comes to staying motivated. Having a workout partner makes working out more fun, but it also means that someone else knows when you aren’t keeping up with your goals, which can be a big motivator in itself.
Sometimes making your schedule work with someone else’s can be hard, but it also makes you pen in your calendar.
Posting on social media about how our exercise is going or even starting a blog about our journey offers similar
motivation to having a companion along.
