OddFellows Ice Cream Co. is a Brooklyn-based, family-owned and operated small business founded by husband-and-wife team Mohan and Holiday Kumar and Chef Sam Mason.  At our Brooklyn scoop shop, we offer 14 flavors daily. We produce our super-premium ice cream in small batches, so our flavors rotate regularly and often times throughout the day.

Every scoop of our ice cream is made from scratch in our Williamsburg kitchen. We strive to create the highest quality and freshest ice cream available, pasteurizing our ice cream base in-house to concoct the most distinctive and scrumptious flavors ranging from inventive renditions of the classics to the delectably unconventional. Our milk, eggs, and cream are sourced from local farms and, whenever possible, we use all-natural ingredients.

At OddFellows, we are committed to serving our local community and feel it essential to give back. With every serving of ice cream we sell, we donate $0.05 to the Food Bank for New York City.

For an ice cream place that prides itself with unique flavors, it fell short. So first of all there was only one server, and he was extremely slow, It almost looked like that he was high on something.... go to "ample hills creamery" for example to see how service in an ice cream shop should look like. So I tried almost all of there flavors, and nothing was outstanding! So I decided to go with the miso, and the black paper cherry, With corn flakes on top... It's funny that the only thing that I liked was a topping: the corn flakes. Bottom line: none of there flavors impressed me to wanna come back...

Before we ordered, one of the employees came and gave my son a sample of two flavors, which I thought was very nice. Thank goodness we ordered before the line exploded, because it definitely got crazy. I ordered the oddflavor of the day the Boozy rosè sorbet, errrrrrmmmmahgasssshhhh it was soooo good. I wish this flavor could be the only sorbet I eat for the rest of my life. Le'sigh I just got the lil man the chocolate chunk, which he devoured. He's an ice cream monster, so I'm sure he would have eaten any flavor. Mr. Hangry got the caramelized white chocolate on a sugar cone. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully get more boozy sorbets!!

The service was ok, the ice cream is innovative, I tried several flavors but none really wowed me. I settled for the carrot cake cream cheese.....the waffle cone tasted better. Ample hills is better.

Not a fad! You're supporting a great shop and a seemingly endless stream of creativity. Try the chocolate stout, miso cherry, cornbread, and the olive oil!

Had that Thai iced tea and carrot cake cheesecake flavors. What an explosion of flavor! The staff is very generous when giving out samples and giving samples with metal spoons was a nice touch. They have rotating flavors so I can't wait to see what they have in store next time I visit.

Got a few different flavors here the other night: sprinkles, s'mores, toasted coconut, and black chocolate stout. They were all pretty good but weren't as creamy as I would've wanted. All the same, is nice on a warm day.

One of the best and most innovative icecream parlours in New York. They elevate and experiment with unique ingredients and the result is very interesting. Worth the visit.

Definitely try the adult only flavors. Usually runs out early though.
