OddFellows Ice Cream Co. is a Brooklyn-based, family-owned and operated small business founded by husband-and-wife team Mohan and Holiday Kumar and Chef Sam Mason.  At our Brooklyn scoop shop, we offer 14 flavors daily. We produce our super-premium ice cream in small batches, so our flavors rotate regularly and often times throughout the day.

Every scoop of our ice cream is made from scratch in our Williamsburg kitchen. We strive to create the highest quality and freshest ice cream available, pasteurizing our ice cream base in-house to concoct the most distinctive and scrumptious flavors ranging from inventive renditions of the classics to the delectably unconventional. Our milk, eggs, and cream are sourced from local farms and, whenever possible, we use all-natural ingredients.

At OddFellows, we are committed to serving our local community and feel it essential to give back. With every serving of ice cream we sell, we donate $0.05 to the Food Bank for New York City.

If we all scream for ice cream than you'll enjoy losing your voice for this place! After you've strained your vocal chords for cold confectionery treats you can nurse them back to health with something as original and refreshing as it is soothing. I'd gladly volunteer to have my tonsils surgically removed if it meant I'd be treated to Odd Fellows until I could resume eating solid table fair. There are plenty of stores whipping up flavorful chilly deliciousness, I believe what sets them apart are the culmination of the ingredients and the recipe. It can certainly be argued rhetorically it's just ice cream, right? Many make and have made delectable frozen treats and have yet to think outside of the proverbial and mundane "it's just ice cream" box. The opposite is true for the folks over at OddFellows in Williamsburg Brooklyn. Imagine yourself for a moment roasting marshmallows over an open camp fire then squeezing that gewy sweetness between a piece of Hershey's milk chocolate and two graham crackers. Now imagine that traditional american oldie but goodie as two scoops of ice cream and a cone. Again, roasted marshmallows, milk chocolate, and graham crackers pulverized into an iced cream in a cone of your choice. My words fail to describe just how decadent these treats are. This is just one of the many examples of the way ice cream was meant to be enjoyed and experienced. Oddfellows is your typical atypical ice cream shop if that makes any sense. We were in town and decided to drop by and see what all the noise was about after OddFellows aired on our favorite cooking channel. The venue is clean, vibrant and hip. The staff is accommodating, friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. If ever you are in Brooklyn and in the mood for some ice cream patronize this establishment, your taste buds will thank you for it!

When I was in Williamsburg this summer, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered a chocolate and vanilla ice cream cup with wet walnuts, hot fudge and whipped cream. It was delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who likes ice cream!

Lovely little Ice Cream parlour which makes fantastic cones. Great value although the variety is a little lacking but the taste of what they do have, makes up for it. Staff are a little off but the atmosphere otherwise is fun amongst patrons.

Some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten (FYI, ice cream is my favorite dessert). They have creative yet simple flavors that let their chosen ingredients shine. I enjoyed a scoop of the Miso Cherry (after sampling the That Iced Tea, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Strawberry - all of which were fantastic) and can't wait to get this flavor again.

Staff were very nice and let me taste everything in sight. I opted for the Lychee sorbet and the Manchego Pineapple with Thyme. . Flavors rotate and summer is here, so I will be sure to visit often. Def. get any scoop with their freshmade waffle cones!

My favorite ice creamery in town! Yes, the flavors sound bizarre but time and time again, these mad geniuses show that you CAN pull off things like manchego in ice cream. My last scoop was their summer "ants on a log" special, with peanut butter, raisins and celery sorbet. Yup, celery. Don't knock it till you try it, it was AWESOME.

Love the ice cream!. The flavors are nontraditional, unique, and homemade. I highly recommend the sprinkles, pb & j, and oatmeal cookie dough. I got it in a cup but it's also great in a cone. Their topping sauces are also home made and really good. Perfect during a walk on a nice summer or spring day. This will be my new go to spot for ice cream this summer.
