After his son was in a very bad accident and walked away with only minor injuries, Chad Harris sent an email titled ‘Thank God My Son was in an Audi,’ along with a firsthand account of the experience from his son and photos of the crashed vehicle. Audi has officially announced that they will be the official partner of Major League Soccer. This multi-year contract shows Audi's dedication to the game and its growing popularity in the U.S. Audi already has a global soccer footprint as the sponsor of Real Madrid and FC Bayern Munich. There will be a series of MLS-related Audi commercials that will be played during the 2015 MLS season.

By far the worst porsche dealership in the world. The most absolute shite car shopping experience. Car shopping did not even begin. I walk in, no one even came to ask me if I needed help. I myself approached the front desk requesting assistance and then a wonderful salesman comes to meet me without introducing himself; I however do introduce myself. His response is "so are we serious here, because if we're not, we're closed." Lol, astonished, I just looked at him and said "well then I guess we're done here, I'll come back another day," and left. Incredibly poor. Gonna have to go to Columbus or Chicago to buy... So poor, what a shame...

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I originally took my vehicle in for the routine service and to have the tires checked because of a noise. I was told that the routine service was completed but they were short staffed and didn't have time to check the noise from the tires. About a month later I returned because the noise was worse. I was told by the service advisor that the tires were "cupped" and that the car was out of alignment. He told me that it would be $180 to align the car and that they had the tires in stock. I refused the service and went to pick up my vehicle later that afternoon. When I picked up my vehicle to review the service report about the alignment, nowhere did it indicate that the alignment was off. I called Audi of America to file a complaint for trying to sell me a service that wasn't necessary. We came to an agreement with the Service Manager, Joe. When I took my vehicle in I was told immediately again by the Service Advisor that the alignment was significantly off. He had a report in his hand and told me that they check the alignment when the car leaves the drop off bay. I told him to install 2 new tires which is why the car was there at the agreed price and to do the necessary alignment. The service advisor called me in the afternoon to tell me my car was ready. I asked if it had been test driven to ensure that the problem was solved before I took off work another day to travel to pick it up. He said he would call me back in 30 minutes. He never called me back. I arrived to pick up the car to find out that the 2 tires were replaced and the alignment had not been done. When I questioned why it wasn't done he proceeded to show me a report indicating that the alignment was almost perfect. Just 6 hours before he again was selling me an alignment. I left the dealership, have a similar issue with the two existing tires, and called Joe the Service Manager for resolution. His explanation is that the Service Advisor is new and had been recently transferred from the body shop and basically didn't know what he is doing. Joe was irritated with our conversation and had no other resolution other than standing behind his inexperienced Service Advisor. In the mean time, because of their negligence I had to pay for the expense of 2 new tires and will need to replace 2 more in the next few days. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and I am prepared to provide them with all of the documentation while they investigate the claim.

We purchased an Audi Q5 this past weekend. Rob Graves was our salesman, and he took great care of us, but everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We got a fair price on both the new car, and for our trade-in. This is the second Audi we have purchased here, and when it's time for the next one, we'll definitely be back to see Rob again!

My mother purchased her new Audi Q5 here and had the best experience! We were traveling for a while, and Josh Sides made sure to keep us updated with news on our vehicle. Once it came in, he was extremely patient and through with explaining the different features in the new car. Overall, we had a marvelous experience with Josh and the dealership in general. Thanks again!

I bought a Benz C300 last month, David Ross was my sales person, who was ok, not the best at responding to emails, but did a good job. Jeremy Graves, rock star!!!!! I had discussed a couple scratches on the bumper with David, but forgot to "negotiate" the fix when I purchased it. Sent an email to Jeremy, took the car in and they repainted the bumper, just like that!!! Can't thank you enough. Honestly, the BEST car buying experience I've EVER had!

I bought a used 2014 allroad from Indianapolis Audi. At the first service visit I commented on a loose cargo cover that was rattling since time of purchase. It took several visits to figure out what was a rather complex issue for something relatively minor in annoyance. But the service department did everything it took to fix it, and to my surprise, all covered under factory warranty coverage. Very pleased.

Just purchased a 911 from Lee Douthitt and I wanted to express the opinion that my experience was the best I have ever had in all my years of buying cars. Lee was outstanding, in fact, his service was exceptional and I felt like he was more of a friend than your typical car salesman.
