This multi-year contract shows Audi's dedication to the game and its growing popularity in the U.S. Audi already has a global soccer footprint as the sponsor of Real Madrid and FC Bayern Munich. This is, hands down, far and away, the absolute WORST most dishonest service department I have ever visited in my life. I have been here a few times for warranty work and regular service, and they will do anything they can to get out of warranty repairs, including blatantly lie to your face and mistreat your vehicle. Got the classic excuses like "It's normal" (it wasn't), "It's not covered by warranty" (it was), "It's a wear item" (definitely wasn't), etc. Eventually got them to fix a couple things after fighting with them (to do their jobs). On the most recent visit, I was in for a problem covered under warranty and they were supposed to be doing a diagnostic test for oil consumption that required filling the oil to a specific level per Audi instructions so they could measure the consumption. They overfilled the oil more than I have EVER seen ANY car overfilled (my guess is on purpose so it would pass the diagnostic). I told them it was overfilled and WELL over the max line on the dipstick. They requested I bring it back so they could look at it, but they gave it back to me the next day still overfilled saying they only put in 4.9 quarts (about what was supposed to be in it). This was not even close to the truth. After picking up the car I immediately took it to an independent shop that I trust and verified that the car was overfilled by more than 2 quarts. Tom Wood put ~7 quarts of oil in a car that is only supposed to hold 4.5-4.8 qts!!! On top of it, I recently discovered that they broke one of the coil pack connectors when changing out the spark plugs, clearly trying to pry it off with a screwdriver when it is a very easy removal that doesn't necessitate the use of any tools at all. Unfortunately I'll be driving 1-2 hours to one of the next closest Audi dealers when I need dealer service/support in the future. A sad fact is that doing this might realistically end up saving me time. We have had two Audis, and they are great cars, but, after dealing with Tom Wood I certainly won't be buying another if I decide I need dealer support. UPDATE: I received a call about this issue from the service department, but frankly given the dishonest, incompetent and negligent service I've consistently received here, I don't see myself handing these guys my keys again, let alone letting their techs get anywhere near the engine bay. UPDATE (3/2013): I took my car to A DIFFERENT DEALER out of town and the motor ended up having to be replaced due to damage to the cylinders. This occurred with no fuss or argument from the dealer or service advisor, who kept me well informed and made an effort to get the work done efficiently, with minimal hassle to myself, under warranty. I had been having my oil changed every 5k at Tom Wood for the last ~25-30k FYI (intervals are 10k), so draw your own conclusions. Kind of amazing that I had a bad motor, and Tom Wood wouldn't even make the honest effort to do a simple diagnostic properly despite the fact that it is clearly outlined in a service bulletin. If you want someone to (if you're lucky) change your oil, and overcharge for easy spark plug and filter services that can be done in 10mins, then Tom Wood is your dealer because that is all they seem to want to do (easy money, right?). However, if you want honest dealer support where the necessary work and maintenance will ACTUALLY be done (and done correctly) and your car won't be returned in worse shape than when you left it then CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALER.

I've been in the market for a new vehicle for roughly a year. It wasn't until about two months ago that I actually started engaging dealerships to try and narrow down my search. I was fortunate enough to work with Lee Douthitt on my quest to find my new car. Lee was 100% no pressure and listened to my needs. He was very laid back and matter-of-fact with the entire process. In the end, I decided that I wanted a 2015 Audi S3. Unfortunately, Tom Wood didn't have one with the exact options I wanted. Lee was on the ball searching for one and within minutes had one found and had already contacted the other dealership about acquiring the vehicle! When it came to the financing portion, Lee along with the finance team at Tom Wood were stellar! They were very straightforward on what my payment would be and they were actually able to get be a better rate than what was shown to me originally! There was never any pressure to purchase any "add-ons" (e.g. GAP insurance, paint protection, etc.). They simply gave me a brief summary of each of these features and then allowed me to ask questions. In the end, I took delivery of a brand new 2015 Audi S3 Prestige with the Performance Package with a great payment. Tom Wood Audi exceeded my expectations in every way!

My experience, so far, has been great. Special mention of Josh Sides for being very helpful in picking out my new Audi A6 TDI. I ordered the car through the European Delivery Program, a very fun 2 week drive in Europe. I highly recommend it if at all possible, you will be in for a great delivery experience! Now waiting for car to be returned to me, that's the hard part...

Just leased a Brand new 2015 Audi 2.0T Quattro from this dealership and I absolutely love it! Donnie Jones was my sales rep and he is was very professional and thorough throughout the entire sale, test drive, and set up of all the cars functionality! I would HIGHLY recommend him! Neil..the finance guy was also very professional, kind and clearly answered any and all questions I had. Donnie even called a few days after my purchase to check up on how I was enjoying the car and asked if I had any questions. He is an amazing sales rep and I will be definitely be going back to him and that dealership when I am ready to upgrade as well as for all service on my Audi!

Surprised by some of the reviews but they may have been due to the person they worked with. We spent roughly 3 months car shopping as work and family time permitted and guess we got lucky right off the bat with a great sales rep in Josh Sides. He was very patient through the whole process, answering questions quickly when posed via phone or email. Even when he didn't know the answer, he responded to let us know that and then followed up to get the information - great to see! We ordered the car as we were pretty particular about the options we wanted. Ordering and purchasing were both straightforward, with a deal reached that was fair to all. We cost compared versus another dealership who basically wouldn't commit to anything except stating his name and dealership when he decided to respond to phone calls (and still hasn't responded to multiple emails) and a second dealer that really was not much help by having no inventory. Josh kept us up to date on the order status through the 3 additional months of vehicle production/delivery (6 months of new car shopping total.) Upon vehicle delivery, we arrived late to our evening appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Paper signing was the usual from the finance manager of "we can offer this additional service" but there was really no pressure to make any instant decisions or hard sell on the services so that was also relatively straightforward. Josh then stuck around 30 minutes after hours to demonstrate and go over everything about the car and make sure we were comfortable and had all of our questions answered. He's also followed up a few times to check on our status and to see if there was anything else with which he could assist us. We have not yet had occasion to use the service department, but if you're in the market for a new vehicle, definitely seek out Josh at the dealership. I'll update on the service department after the car goes in for its first service.
