Phonearena : ''Sony anounced the Xperia neo L as its first Android Ice Cream Sandwich phone. The curved ergonomic body with arched ends diverts from the new NXT design paradigm of the new Xperias, but that's OK, since the phone is destined for China only.
It has a 4" display with 480x854 pixels of resolution and 5MP cam that shoots HD 720p video. Processor is the tried-and-true (at least for Sony) 1GHz Snapdragon S2 with Adreno 205 graphics, and the amount of RAM is 512MB. That's what Sony has used for each and every handset up until the Xperia S, so we don't expect any performance hiccups.
It will no doubt be an affordable little device, with 4.7 x 2.4 x 0.5 inches (120.0 x 61.0 x 12.8 mm) dimensions, available in black and white. The most interesting thing about it will no doubt be that it is shipping directly with Android 4.0, so the Chinese should be pretty happy about the Xperia neo L coming their way.
Interestingly enough, the Timescape UI portion is listed in the specs list, so that's probably what we can expect when the other units in Sony's Android stable get updated to Ice Cream Sandwich as well.''
