In the end, Netflix is a corporation, answerable to shareholders who expect the company to turn a profit. It worked out well for everyone when Netflix was a great deal...we loved them, and they loved us. Now, they're realizing 8 months after shifting prices that what they did with regards to DVDs was costing them way more than they expected. Netflix could either dwindle and die while offering us the same amazing prices, or continue to exist with slightly higher prices. Temporary indignation I can understand, but not this rabid entitlement that seems to grip the Internet when it comes to the controversial issue of the day.
