I really love Doc Greens. They are friendly and fast and they have everything you'd want on a salad. This isn't like a salad bar, so you won't be piling it on, but they pack a ton of toppings onto your salad. Tip: I love ordering a custom salad, which comes with plenty toppings and you can add a protein!

I usually love Doc Green's but today I ordered the Chicken Tortilla soup and a salad to go. When they packed everything up the soup looked to be Chicken Tortilla soup. However, when I got home to eat it, it looked like they messed up by putting the broccoli cheddar and then the tortilla soup over it. It was disgusting both in appearance and taste. Yes, I probably should have double checked it before I left but come on! My receipt was correct so I am not sure how that was messed up. Very disappointing. On top of that, I tried to go to the Doc Green's in Lawrenceville and was able to order online and received an email confirmation. Wasted 30 minutes of my lunch hour to find that it wasn't open anymore! Take it off your website and don't advertise for a location that no longer exists!

Take my advice... do NOT order the salmon anything. It's the worst piece of "fish" I have ever seen or smelled. I ordered a salad to go with grilled salmon. When I got to the office and opened the box, the smell overwhelmed me. The fish was grey, slimy, and hard like a brick. Absolutely disgusting.

This Doc Green location is not as good as the Cobb Parkway location. I requested (today), ceaser salad/salmon/wrap, toasted, light on cheese and crumbs. I can't taste any cheese, any ceasar dressing and the lettuce is iceburg. The sandwich is also cold. This is the second time, I've asked for a toasted sandwich and its cold or barely warm. The salmon is also over cook. The meat has a funny smell as though the grill wasn't clean.

This would get a full 5 rating if this place would stay open later. The two guys working there always give me samples of items I haven't tried before. There are plenty of healthy choices with great taste.

I'm an avid review reader, but I never give any..until now. I hate to give such a bad review but the total operations of this place is just terrible. I had a large order for my colleagues and had the person over the phone repeat it just to be sure the information mirrored mine and it did! However I accidentally left one off. I tried to call them back multiple times and they would not answer. Then I tried to order offline, but they didn't have the option that my colleague requested. So I wrote down the address that I was on Google (which is WRONG). I was gone for over an hour and still could not find it! I tried calling to see if they could help, still no answer! When I got back to the office, the food was delivered and in total THREE orders were missing. I saw the bad reviews for this place but I really gave them the benefit of the doubt-BAD DECISION. I am never doing business with this place again completely based on bad customer service. If I could personally rate this place there wouldn't be any stars up here.

My husband and I ate lunch here today. The restaurant was clean and bright. They have soups salads and sandwiches. The food is fresh and they mix the salads to order. We both particularly enjoyed the soup. I had tomato basil and he had chicken tortilla.

Every time I visit this particular Doc Greens the quality of food continues to get worse and worse. They continue to remove quality ingredients from their menu and substitute them for cheaper options. Does the price change to reflect these substitutions, no. Most salad/sandwich restaurants in the area serve bread with their meals, and usually the bread ranges from good to great. What does this Doc Greens give you, a piece of white bread. Not just any piece of white bread, a clearly generic, from the supermarket shelf, piece of white bread. How this Doc Greens can call themselves gourmet is beyond me when only their prices reflect a gourmet restaurant. The worst part, considering this is a "salad place", is the fact their their lettuce looks like it's been sitting out for a couple days. If you enjoy rubbery, flat lettuce then maybe you'll actually derive some taste from their salads. I was under the impression that lettuce had a crunch and didn't taste slimy. In conclusion, this place is horrible, and until they get some new management that care about the customer I'd avoid it entirely.
