Got a tick bite and waiting in the emergency room for 4 hours and then they said it is not sure if they take a blood test. I had to see my physician. Today I wanted to make an appointment in the Harlem Clinic and the send me back to the emergency room. The said listen - but I am asking to the listen to the patients? I did not get the feeling and was treated not at all in a way how you treat patient. After a question it was said to me: Have a nice day!

Even though you have to wait in the waiting room for an hour or 2, I consider most of the staff is professional and patient. When one is using obamacare or has medicaid, there is no more to be expected. I would recommend Harlem hospital.

Terrible medical service. I came here to get treated for a Bell's Palsy and I've spent 8hrs in a room with just one chair with no accommodation let alone any doctor visit. This shall be the last hospital any one shall come.

I went to the e/r on the hospital's second day of reopening. I received.care immediately for my injury aside from the quick paperwork process. Reception and staff were polite and cheery and definitely made me feel comfortable in the nervous painful state I was in. Security is on point for sure. They ain't playing! Upon my follow up visit, again, no long wait. Some nurses and assistants need to try harder in pronunciating names and need to turn it up a notch or two for deafies like me. Reception in the part I visited need to brush up on or be taught to inform appointed patients what to do when given paperwork that should go to the reception so that they will be assured their name is recognized and will be called. If I hadn't asked about the paper given to me, I would've been sitting unseen for the day because said paper was needed for check in....Other than that, it's a beautiful hospital, I like it.

I almost died waiting to see a doctor for 8 hours! If i'm dying in an ambulance I will tell them to take me to Lennox Hill Hospital,l the care and professionalism are night and day! Very unprofessional....I had to curse the staff out after 8 hours of waiting to FINALLY see a doctor in the ER.

Excellent! We came from St. Barnabas where the care was nonexistent (now that was horrible!) arriving at Harlem Hospital at around 2:00 in the morning, and a doctor and assistants, 6 people, came to the cab and helped my niece into a wheelchair. We left St. Barnabas at 2 am after being there for approximately 8 hours, my niece unable to walk. We left Harlem Hospital at 6:00 am, my niece walking out! I'll sing Harlem Hospital's praises; they were exemplary!

Pediatric department was on point doctor Elaine Dinolfo was amazing with my two boys. Fixed up the immunization mess that Montifore created. Very under appreciate hospital I have been to mainstream hospitals that can't hold a candle up to the service I got. Keep it up
