I new my 2x Apple shares would pay of!
Apple has issued a press release reiterating its commitment to return some of its extremely large cash pile to shareholders, saying that Apple management and the Board of Directors are in "active discussions" about how to return cash to shareholders. This follows letter sent to Apple shareholders this morning by Greenlight Capital [PDF], a major Apple shareholder, arguing that the company "must examine all of its options to unlock the growing val...

Great Words

If I have time I do try to help out, but sometimes time is not enough. I’m sorry if I don’t answer all of them. But in order to help more people I have compiled a set of rules for SharePoint Troubleshooting. First rule of of SharePoint troubleshooting: You should always check the ULS logs The Trace Logs, ...

The bar area and shop are great. Just the traditional pub feel I expected on my first visit. But the restaurant is let down by the dining room. With the typical blue carpet and gold pattern and large open space it feel like you are eating in a convention center. The large room is obviously designed for large events (Weddings / parties?) and it feel a little impersonal. The food was fantastic, nice big portions and the staff were friendly and attentive. We visited in winter, so it was dark outside, but I imagine in the summer the views would be simply stunning due to it's position high in the hills. I would go back, but so far we have been put off by the dining room and tend to end up at the Strawberry Duck instead.
