The Back Pain industry is THRIVING!

But unfortunately more and more people are becoming increasingly frustrated with the results (or lack of) from the vast majority of back pain 'experts'.

The way the industry has looked and treated back pain HAS GOT to change!

If you have been simply visiting an Osteopath, Chiropractor or Physiotherapists for a regular treatment for years, let me tell you, you are NOT fixing your back pain- you are simply sticking a huge plaster over it, and eventually this will lead to an increase in visits or surgery!

A specific exercise programme is a Key component in Back Pain rehabilitation, as is diet, lifestyle changes and addressing mental emotional issues relating to living with back pain for years.

Core stability is undoubtedly a major component in re-conditioning back pain and all musculoskeletal issues.

BUT, the vast majority of practitioners, trainers and instructors DON'T have a clue how to actually assess or even monitor it.
