"to release the new public IP address?" what does that even mean and why is there a new public IP address, what happened to the old one?
You have no idea how much this interferes with what I am trying to do - here I am trying to fight police corruption for the betterment of the police so that the entire community can benefit only to be hampered in my efforts by my internet provider with the one excuse after the other. I have no heard so many excuses on why my internet is not functioning properly over the last month so I think it is time that I get a proper explanation on what all these things even mean and why and how that is a problem.
I am starting to believe you just cut my internet out and then come up with some kind of excuse why this keeps on happening.
I need some proper answers and explanation please. Refer to previous e-mails and excuses that had been send to me too.

See my comments above in response to an e-mail from Afrihost to which I am still awaiting a reply and that was some days ago
In the meantime I am still having no internet - or interneet on and off to the extent where I cannot even read an e-mail before it cuts out again - I keep on having to buy mobile time to get access to the internet - can someone please explain why I am paying afrihost monthly and what are they going to do about this? I have had problems for over a month now and I just find it unacceptable that I have to beg and plead to get some kind of service
