"to release the new public IP address?" what does that even mean and why is there a new public IP address, what happened to the old one?

You have no idea how much this interferes with what I am trying to do - here I am trying to fight police corruption for the betterment of the police so that the entire community can benefit only to be hampered in my efforts by my internet provider with the one excuse after the other.  I have no heard so many excuses on why my internet is not functioning properly over the last month so I think it is time that I get a proper explanation on what all these things even mean and why and how that is a problem.

I am starting to believe you just cut my internet out and then come up with some kind of excuse why this keeps on happening.

I need some proper answers and explanation please.  Refer to previous e-mails and excuses that had been send to me too.

    See my comments above in response to an e-mail from Afrihost to which I am still awaiting a reply and that was some days ago

In the meantime I am still having no internet - or interneet on and off to the extent where I cannot even read an e-mail before it cuts out again - I keep on having to buy mobile time to get access to the internet - can someone please explain why I am paying afrihost monthly and what are they going to do about this?  I have had problems for over a month now and I just find it unacceptable that I have to beg and plead to get some kind of service

I have been sending e-mails to your client services for two days about my pathetic slow internet cannot even download my e-mails and no response as yet and the internet still at a snail pace - I cannot believe that you started out so well and now it is all down hill with terrible service and support - shame on you Afrihost - reeling people in just to let them down

Very disappointed with Afrihost lately as it seems they are often offline and when you do contact them no-one even bothers to phone you - how am I suppose to read the e-mails you send me when my internet is down I wonder - not everyone has a smart phone

CONTACT ME URGENTLY  - someone in charge NOW

Stop charging me until such time that you can sort out my internet - I am not paying a cent - the cost of many messages and data for me just to try and contact you over a period of more than a month should be taken into account and still no internet and how am I suppose to do my work?

Since my last message to you I had to restart another three times already - restarting the router and the computer and now its gone offline again and even though I have restarted both - internet still not back on.

I am telling you I am fed-up - The Telkom guy has not come back to me and for the record that will be 5 times that they to come and "check"my line and the issue had not been resolved.  My question is what are Afrihost doing about it - and stop asking me for ticket numbers or issuing me with a new ticket - I want to issue resolved - it is not a new issue it is the same issue that had been going on for more than a month now.

Thank you Kojo that sounds like a similar problem because this started to happen after the upgrade only since Jan this month I have been experiencing problems.  Yes Afrihost the fb page did respond to me I just hope they can now sort it out soon also see post from Kojo Baffoe above on my issue
