This summer, Corbett Center Student Union’s Taos Restaurant offers a premium Thursday lunch menu called Mike’s Magnificent Meals named after Mike Guerra, the Sodexo supervisor who plans and implements this event series. Due to this week’s Aggie Welcome and Orientation, Mike’s Magnificent Meals will be postponed until Thursday, June 30.
