This week, at Freshly Made Sketches, we are focused on a central rectangle.  I used the rectangle to focus on a Christmas sentiment, framed in gold foil to make it pop against the subdued patterned papers.

The key word this week at CASology is GLASS.  Since I am in the throes of making Christmas cards, I immediately thought Stained Glass.  I created a stained glass cathedral window using colored vellum.

You have to love the image at Inspired By… this week. I didn’t have a deer die that would work but I had a great moose. I die cut the moose from wood paneling I had used for doll house flooring.
