Thanks Chef John for introducing me to the no-knead method of making bread. I noticed some comments/questions about forming the shape of the loaf and I have discovered that using a "vessel" to hold the dough on the last rise works great. You can even just roll up a towel from each side and cradle the dough to form it. Last tip I have for those who have found the fresh bread doesn't last more than a day or two I let my bread cool completely, then slice it, then put it in a zip lock bag and freeze it. Works great! Pull out as many frozen slices as needed and quick zap in the microwave to almost thaw and VIOLA! you got a slice as fresh as just from the oven.
