King bed at Hyatt Regency on the 10th floor. Hotel is in a 2 block walking distance to Metro (trains and bus station) and about 15 minute walk to National Mall- Capitol is visible down the street. The hotel is very clean and has multiple ammenities (plenty of power ports in the room, luxury bathroom, down pillows, indoor pool, overpriced "grocery store", reasonably priced breakfast menu delivered straight to my room, to name a few). Its almost been as good as staying at a Disney World resort! Rooms AC does have motion sensors (so it doesnt waste power cooling a room when nobody is in it) so it can be a little warm when you come back in from being oit all day. Thats literally the only mildly annoying thing about this hotel. 9.6/10 ... Will stay again!

I attended a small family gathering at this location, in one of the conference rooms on the lower level. The room was very sparse but was more than adequate for our purposes. Small circular tables, accommodating 3 persons each, were provided with rather comfortable chairs. Food was catered by the on-site kitchen and included basic fare that was very good. Staff were always at hand and were helpful and courteous when assistance was needed for any reason. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend it.

The hotel was great. Close to the Capitol Building and in great shape. Lobby was large and welcoming. Wasn't s guest here so didn't see the rooms but what I did see was awesome.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. I appreciate a hotel team that is social media conscious. Don't feel like calling the front desk, they are quick to respond via Twitter. Location is great for those on business in D.C. or on holiday. Just minutes from the Capital, The Mall, and most of the Smithsonian. Walking distance to Union Station. Excellent foos.

Very clean and well located to many great attractions. Tour bus stop is directly across the street which is a nice convenience for visitors and the restaurant in the lobby has an amazing breakfast buffet at a reasonable 24.99 price. The pool area is nice and even has a large TV in the area. There are locker rooms and a nice sauna as well. Downsides include poor air conditioning in the room, it never got to the desired temperature in the rooms. The TV picture was also poor and fuzzy on many channels limiting the already sparce selection. Also the convenience store located in the lobby has prices that will make you feel violated. They will rape you for $20 for a 6 pack of domestic beer and over $3.50 for a 20 ounce powerade. But because the local market across the street is not open on Sundays and the nearest store is 3 blocks away you'll be forced to sell your first born for a beverage or snack.

Nice rooms overall, all the staff I interacted with were nice. We could only get valet parking and drinks inside the hotel were rather expensive. RFID door locks were a little temperamental but not better or worse than magstripe. Included wifi worked fine but no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room.

Nice regency club and amazing staff. The location is just a stone throw away from the union station. If you are lucky you may even get a room with a view of the Capitol Building
