I've came from really liking Benchmark to it just being average, thus the 4 star rating. Sports bar in Old Town so it can get crowded and packed sometimes making it hard to get a drink. But the times I've been when it was less crowded, my experience was a lot better. Never ate the food here but the bartenders make a pretty good drink. Drinks are a tad bit pricey but the norm for the area. Its a good spot to go if you are meeting up with coworkers or an after work function. If you like the type of sports bar where you can't hear the sports being shown on TV, this isn't the place for you. Crowd age ranges from college kids to old cougars sitting at the bar.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Benchmark!! Great bar. AWESOME Southwest Salad -- seriously, to die for! Great wait staff and such a fun atmosphere. Love the open roof in the summer/good weather.

Look, I enjoy the talent, but places with lines just because they have to look cool piss me off to no end. Good drinks, and good food. but friday or satuday night for a late night drop in? forget it

It's just okay. It's your typical weekend bar. The demographic felt like stuck up and douche bag and the drinks were hard to get because the bartenders looked like they hates their job. Sad thing to see because the place looks great and I like the layout.

Was excited to go here. A lot of action and excitement. Beautiful day. Had dinner and drinks outside but that is where the fun ended. When my friend and I proceeded inside the wait staff was downright rude and snobby. I understand service can be difficult to control but the general vibe I got was not good. I like this place and would like to come back. I just hope the management can get the attitude problems corrected.
