Terrible. Went out to dinner with some friends and ordered some food and everyone gets there order but mine, when asked where my food she said, "oh I thought you ate it..." was her response. I'm incredibly disappointed. Wasn't even offered a discount or my food. I'm a regular customer here and have always had good service until tonight.

I love coming to this BJ's. It's usually less crowded than the one in Laguna Hills. Their lunch specials are the best deals, and you can phone them in if you're in a hurry for lunch. The pizza is always a good choice, but if you want something different, they make stuffed mushrooms that are delicious. They also have 6-packs of their house brew available for purchase that you can take home with you. They have a decent happy hour menu, but I would like to see more items added, and more value.

BJ's used to be good until the start-up manager left recently. The signature pizzas are lacking adequate ingredients, served cold and taste like supermarket frozen specials. The menu is growing too fast for the capacity of the staff. Meals are usually served cold as the servers were too busy chit-chatting to bring items from the chef while they are still warm. Perhaps it would be best to just serve beer, frozen pizza and pretzels from the counter. I'm off to the pizza buffet elsewhere.

Our party of 9 arrived to celebrate my birthday. After having been to the Laguna Hills location, I wanted to try this one since the Laguna Hills restaurant is always so crowded. When the food arrived, a salad ordered with Kale and Brussels Sprouts arrived minus those items and one pizza was delayed. We asked several times and the waitress finally told us it had been delivered to another table and the party there started eating it before they realized it was not the one they had ordered. We were told that the manager would be right out to speak with us and that another pizza was being cooked for us. Nearly ten minutes after everyone else had finished eating, the pizza finally arrived, but the manager didn't. Eventually, the bill came and there was no compensation for the long wait for the pizza. We flagged the waitress down and asked what happened to the manager. She was unaware he hadn't shown up. When he finally came he stood off to the side and appeared to be giving the waitress a hard time. When he finally talked to us it was not with any customer consideration in mind. He very grudgingly said he would take the pizza off the bill but it was quite clear that he didn't want to. this was actually a bit of a downer on my birthday celebration. I don't think I've ever had a restaurant experience quite like it. In the future, when I want BJs, I'll be going back to the one in Laguna Hills.

Last time my boyfriend and I were there the server messed up my order, she cut me off while I was telling her how I wanted my meal, just so she could comment on my hair....that's why my meal was wrong. Then she forgets everything that's goes with our dessert for togo. Then flat out tells us she relys on the other workers to get her food ready, and that shes lazy. Usually very happy there, this experience was disappointing.

I am not writing this review because of the food or service per say, however I am writing this solely because of the extremely RUDE manager. After standing witness to this manager acting extremely out of line with his employee (in front of me) I feel it is my duty to let people know what I have witnessed. I meant to write this review sooner, because I have eaten at this establishment on several occasions of which a few times I have witnessed this same manager behave in a manor of a child. On this last occasion I was dumbfounded to see that he was talking in such a demeaning fashion to this young lady in front of my dinner dates and myself. The young lady seemed to have handled it well, however she looks very young so she may feel as if she has to accept this type of behavior from a boss. For someone in his position to literally put his hand up in her face and tell her "I am not even listening to you, so why are you still talking" is beyond rude. But that was not even the half of it when the young lady proceeded to tell him "Al I need your help with something" he then told her "of course you do, because you and all the other girls here can not do anything on your own" UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I find it very hard to believe that a large corporation such as BJ's would accept this type of fowl behavior from their mangers. Further more now having the knowledge that this particular manager happens to be the store manager (one waitress said he is the general manager) I am even more confused why nobody from corporate has caught on to the problems that this particular location has within its own management. Yelp reviews, and other social sites all seem to have complaints regarding the management. If any employee from this location happens to read this review, please know that you have rights. The young lady I witnessed being treated poorly, if you read this know that this is not how a professional manager acts, and know that his comments to you were borderline sexually discriminating. If anybody from corporate reads this, I hope that you do your part to make sure that you investigate what is going on in your establishment!

The meal service at this BJ's location is the worst and it's been that way for some time now. Had not stopped in to eat for at least 6 months because of the crappy meal service but decided to give it another go last night. And the service team did not disappoint. My 8 year old suggested that we order something basic off the menu and my 9 year old agreed so we did. My two kids ordered pasta off the kids menu, I ordered a club sandwich and the service just blew up. Wound up leaving after waiting over an hour. If it wasn't for the Bar area in this joint there is no way that this restaurant would ever survive on its own. Total and complete incompetence.
