Huge shout out to Dan Collins for providing amazing customer service! Awesome job, Dan! #LippertLove

"Dan did a great job in answering all my questions about your axles; as well as providing answers to important questions I did not know to ask.

That is true customer service. To provide the customer with the information they need to safely operate your equipment; even if they don’t know the right questions to ask."

Kelly Schlabach over at our Customer Service Center received some awesome compliments from a customer. Way to go, Kelly! #LippertLove "Thank you for your quick response. Jack wanted me to thank you for getting the correct part to him so quickly...everything worked just fine. You went "far beyond the call of duty" to get it done and he appreciates it."

Congratulations to our former CEO, Doug Lippert, on his upcoming induction into the RV/MH Hall of Fame! Doug was our fearless leader for 25 years, and LCI would not be the company it is today without his guidance! http://www.rvbusiness.com/2017/01/hall-of-fame-announces-class-of-2017-inductees/

Simple isn’t always easy, especially when it involves change. Because consistency is hard.

The idea and concept of change, or newness, or a better way of doing things is generally simple. The execution of these things is anything but. Why?

Because it means consistently thinking in a new way, consistently behaving in a new way, consistently living in a new way.

Anyone can do almost anything new once or twice, or even short term. But for change to truly be experienced, to truly be demonstrated, to truly be believed and trusted, it must be practiced and lived out consistently every day.

Be Intentional and Pursue This Day! #leadership Wisdom Wednesday brought to you by our very own Leadership Guru Michael Garty

Did you know your RV can be claimed as a second home to qualify for a tax deduction?

Your RV can be more than just your home away from home. Like many other types of residences, it can be claimed as a second home to qualify for a tax deduction. The IRS considers…

Way to go Scott Seggerman! Because of Scott's hard work, this customer was able to enjoy their vacation without any troubles! #LippertLove

"Today I was 1500 kms from home on a road trip and had an issue with theauto levelling system on my brand new Reflection 26RL. I stopped at a Grand Design dealer and they could not find the problem. Ithen decided to call the Lippert customer service line from New BrunswickCanada. Lucky me I got a gentleman named Scott on the line. Today was mylucky day. Scott was kind and knowledgeable enough to walk me through arecalibration of the system. I did what he told me and within less than 10my problem was solved. I could not ask any better scenario. Trouble free vacation is all we'relooking for. Tonight I can have a drink by the sea and continue to enjoy myvacations. Thank you Scott and Lippert customer service team."

Here are a few tips for those of you looking to buy a new RV in 2017.

We recently attended your seminar on RV Maintenance at the Hershey Show. It was really informative, thank you! We are in the process of buying our first RV and saw two Class C models with the same floor plan, but different manufacturers.

The RV industry predicts that 2017 will be a banner year, with manufacturers shipping a record 438,000 units, up 4.4 percent from 2016.

Sales of mobile homes are a good data point for inferring the mood of consumers.

Watch the RV Doctor walk through step-by-step instructions to install the toughest RV sewer hose on the market.

Rather than using the standard RV bayonet connection, the Waste Master uses a more leak-resistant cam lock connector. To install the Waste Master cam lock just saw/file off the bayonets, sand and clean the surface, then glue on the new cam lock connector.

Almost everyone could use more storage on their RV.

I recently purchased a used, 2008 Keystone Springdale and it has just one small underbelly storage area that runs the full width of the travel trailer from one side to the other.
