This is a wonderful dining experience with great architecture in the building. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. This place gets pretty busy during the typical rush times, so it's always a great idea to make a reservation ahead of time. It's not uncommon to have 1+ hour waits on a Friday or Saturday. The food is pretty good, but not the best. The extremely nice venue makes up for it though. Most people dress on the nicer side when coming here, but some dress down a bit, too. I wish they would bring back the NY strip steak though. Easily one of the best I've ever had. Not sure why it's not on the menu anymore.

Last Sunday our family went to Willow Creek for brunch, we used to live in the Ashburn area and had really enjoyed the Clyde's brand in our backyard. Unfortunately, our most recent experience will be our last for Willow Creek. To start, the food was marginal and if that was it we could give the place a another try because I understand the occasional off experience. My issue was with regards to the unfriendly staff, who scoffed at our complaint of dusty window sills with dead flies less than 3 feet away from where we were eating. The server had some explanation of heat and cold temps, but the fact that there was at least 3 weeks worth of dust to go along with the flies led me to believe there was no effort put into the upkeep of the eating areas. Very disappointed.

Atmosphere is wonderful, food just okay, they advertised 1-1/4 lb lobster in shell for 19.95, we received a cut in half shelled tail and two shelled claws (very small quantity), being from NJ we are very familiar with the meat of a 1-1/2 lb lobster, this lobster may not have even been a pound. They gave us bibs, shell crackers, etc., when we asked where the "WHOLE" lobster was, we got a lame excuse they must have made an error. My husband ordered the lobster pot pie, lobster was very chewy Our other friend ordered the roasted sea scallop dinner, not many scallops, but lots of pasta and hazel nuts . Nice place, food is just okay.

Great atmosphere and food quality. Not sure there were a ton of options on the menu that I was excited to try. I do like that their menu is very seasonal and so they can offer decent prices on things that are in season, like the $20 lobster.

We celebrated my Mother’s 85th BD here on Sat night- 11-7-15. Our family has eaten here on many occasions and previously not been wary of the food but Sat night was awful! From plate to plate the entrees were inadequately prepared and nearly inedible; from tough rubber NY strip steak- regular hamburgers- raw rockfish- no ability to make a suitable replacement for pasta -dried out chicken and a Paella dish that was no bigger than a sample appetizer. It was very expensively disappointing. We all ate everything so as not to cause a scene at the celebration but later agreed it was not worth the forced digestion. I don’t know if they have a new chef but if so they should keep looking. The place was not overly full so no need for such poor quality. As an aside I ordered a whiskey sour and finally just had to order shot to taste some whiskey! The wait staff was very pleasant. No complaints.

We had Thanksgiving 2015 dinner at Clyde's and were disappointed. Mounds of bland, tasteless turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and undercooked green beans were piled on our plates. A little dab of cranberry sauce, straight out of a can, in a tiny side bowl. But, there was no flavor, nothing special about any of it. Just bland. A manager said that the Clyde's located served 22,000 customers on Thanksgiving. That's a lot. But, I suspect that some nearby Army mess hall served more people with food that created a special memory, a nicer experience. It will be our last visit to Clyde's. There are many other choices.

Family and I went there on Sunday for dinner. I ordered the Filet Mignon. It was terrible. The cut of meat contained a lot of grizzle. The farro was also very chewy. It was hard to distinguish what was more chewy, the meat or farro. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, save your money.
