As a member of a local civic group, we have met here twice for lunch in the past 6 months. In the first instance, the food was satisfactory, but nothing special. The service, however, was unsatisfactory. The buffet food was delivered 15 minutes late, after the meeting had started, despite advance knowledge of our schedule. I had to accost the General Manager himself to get the food delivered. In the second instance, on March 26, 2015, the food was below average (tasteless spaghetti with meat sauce), was delivered 5 minutes late, and was delivered with a simple SPOON vice tongs. Very ineffective for serving spaghetti! There were no serving staff available in the meeting room, so I had to wander into the hallway to find a manager. I did, and appraised him of the problem. He said he would take care of it, and disappeared into the kitchen. Five minutes later, still no tongs. The luncheon guests were serving themselves as best they could with the spoon. At this point, I called down a passing waiter, and told him of the problem. He promptly fetched a tongs, although by now, most everyone had finished serving themselves with the spoon. This restaurants low quality food and poor service was a disappointment, especially for a restaurant of Clyde's reputation. Because of the low quality food and the unsatisfactory service. I would NOT recommend this restaurant for any organizational meetings.

The four of us adults arrived for a Saturday evening birthday dinner and where seated promptly. The waitress approached and although a little hard to understand {accent} was cheery. The problem started when my girlfriend asked for no coleslaw on her single crabcake meal and received it.This was exchanged and her meal was replaced with two crabcakes and the requested veg. The manager came through afterwards and asked if all was okay and the started to remove empty plates not noticing one of us was not quite finished and even though he commented as such it was taken. His responce to this was they must be very busy!! Three deserts where ordered and received and all but one {same person as coleslaw issue} came. We were charged for the extra crabcake and asked for the third desert to be removed from the check as it was.. We sat after paying the bill and felt as we were being rushed although there was a few empty tables in the dining room. I like my food to digest properly and sit for a while and chat with friends. Will be back but not soon.

Cylde's is supposed to evoke a feeling of nostalgia like eating at your grandparents and it certainly did for me, I felt like they even had the exact same chairs. I also really liked the Audubon paintings around the place. We attended for a rehearsal dinner and really enjoyed the bar. They had a good selection of larger market common beer and some smaller local craft beer. Their staff was very attentive during the whole stay and always made sure our drinks were refilled. Our dinner itself consisted of a delicious fresh salad, fillet mignon, and ice cream with chocolate cake. Everything was well prepared and very good. The fillet was incredibly tender and came with asparagus and potatoes. Coming from up north, I really liked the homestyle, old world atmosphere at Clyde's. It really felt like a place you could just relax and talk for hours with your family, especially with the piano player playing all night. Overall I would definitely recommend Cylde's, especially for family gatherings or other big events.

Sunday evening seated promptly, having eaten here a number of times in the past, was expecting a good meal. Of the five dinners, 2 meals over cooked, 1 meal not served as ordered, 1 poorly executed. Service was very poor, wait times for seeing any server very long. Understand that our waiter was serving another large party, but should be trained to ask for help. A very disappointing evening. Appetizers were good, and the mussels were excellent, but all other dishes were lacking. Having eaten at all Clyde's locations, will probably come back, but will probably never bring guests to this location again unless service improves significantly.

Good food, yummy drinks, one of my favorite places to grab a quick lunch or dinner. I love the atmosphere and staff is pretty good. Outdoor patio is good for spring or early summer lunch...

Now, I know this place is really cool looking, and very fun to be on Karaoke nights for some. But the last time I went there, which was a while ago, I was practically kicked out and couldn't sing because I didn't tip well. The first time me and my friends went there, it was all honky dory. But then, they started complaining about how we never ordered anything, which wasn't true, and then this whole, "You can't sing unless you tip the bartender better" bit really got to me. And the worst part of it is, they went to my BOYFRIEND. Not ME when the issue was brought up. So, I do like the food and the decor. But I'll never be able to enjoy it again, do to very terrible service.

We had reservations to lunch for my birthday, arrived timely and were seated timely; unfortunately, however, right next to two very noisy toddlers. When we asked to be reseated (and explained why), we were brought to their biggest room which was not only noisier, but filled with *more* screaming toddlers and children. They gave us a seat across from a sleeping toddler, which was fine until the baby awoke and became very grumpy. In addition, our server (although very pleasant) was less experienced than had we stayed at our original seating area. The moral of the story? If you don't like what they give you, expect to be downgraded considerably for having the temerity to ask for something else. The food was great (as usual), but we'll be voting with our feet (and wallets) by choosing establishments who at a minimum, understand their clientele and want to actually make them happy.
