Always used it as a rough guide for content balance. Shame to see it parked. Another useful free tool gone!

I was hoping this new Search Analytics report would be useful. First move was to test search phrase Vs position to check accuracy and it seems that results are as erratic as ever they were with the Search Queries report, generally reporting is way too optimistic.

With this in mind what is the point of working with this data if it lacks any real integrity? Seems to me that this "improvement" is one big red herring probably with Google's needs in mind more than any Webmaster hoping to work with it.

Nominet still trying to introduce second level domains, existing .co.uk owners may not get theirs, no real benfits to the public interest, so why is this being proposed?

Controversial proposal for new shorter UK domain names, with no guarantee that existing .co.uk owners will get the new version!
