Great for the rate. Our room was pretty clean other than some light switches and dust on baseboards. I saw some other horror story reviews but my experience was nothing like that. We stayed in rooms 110 and 111, so maybe those are just some of the better rooms. Slightly must smell the first hour but didnt notice after that. Krispy kreme donuts in the lobby for breakfast. Also fruit and a few other options. Giving 4 stars based on price/expectations for that price. Great water pressure.

We stayed from July 30, 2015-August 2, 2015 in the Honeymoon suite. We absolutely loved it. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very close to the strip. We will definitely be back again.

When I first opened the door to the office I knew the place was "dated",but I thought I would give it a chance. I walked in the room and it smelled, musty,almost mildew. I opened the back door to the patio and sprayed the room with air freshner. The sink in the room was cracked and i was afraid to use it for chance of leaking on the carpet and making things worse. The patio door had no chain just the lock and it looked like it had been busted open or someone tried to get into the room before so anything that we didn't take with us anywhere we locked into our truck. If the whole town hadn't been booked that nite I would have tried to move to another hotel. I will remember to stick to what I know about hotels if it looks too good to be true on the web it is.

Pictures can be deceiving. When we arrived there for our nightly stay it wasn't but 20 minutes before we were ready to go. We seen the "awesome" jet tubs they had posted online with the good location and went ahead and booked it. No showers in the room because of the tub and the tub hadn't been cleaned and had some kind of soap scum/skin floating in the tub.. To top it off we had to activate the plug to the tub with a rusted paper clip that held it together. Wouldn't recommend.

We were forced to find an immediate remedy since Days Inn booked 3 disabled folks for one king size bed. At near dark we had no where to go but here. They put us in a room upstairs on the 2nd floor. We all use canes because of our knees and legs one of us was 69. Upon inspecting under the corners of the mattress we found dead bed bugs this explains the chemical smell in the room. Of course they won't refund your money as we had paid for 3 days. The night before the room next door was occupied by the clerk and her young daughter. These rooms were adjoining by a set of doors. The rest of the time the dirty maintenance guy who wore the same outfit stayed there. Had to park faraway from the elevator which is the only elevator. Long grueling walks up stairs for three people on canes. Had to use our pain medicine because of the physical challenges we put up with because the elevator went out of order on Day 2. Day 3 still no elevator simply cause they didn't want to pay for the elevator guy to come on the weekend to fix it. So 2 days no elevator, long distance parking, dead bed bugs under the mattress corners (thank goodness we had the spray to protect our luggage), not being able to see the Gatlinburg attractions because we all ended up too hurt to walk and spent most of the time with resting. The last day Monday checkout, they brought breakfast to the room and hurriedly threw us out still half asleep Monday morning at check out (we were the last evacuated from the second floor) having the maintenance man carry our bags out to the car. I would not ever recommend this place. I would turn around and go back to Chattanooga first if you can't find a better place to stay. Three unhappy disabled guests drove away from motel hell in May.

When we arrived from the outside we could see it wasn't maintained very well but , after other reviews we just assumed it was the "dated" look everyone described. When we entered the lobby we noticed a printed sign that said "NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT" well that made us leary. When we entered the room it was as everyone had said it was old but fairly clean. We couldn't make ourselves sleep on the sheets or use the towels so we went and purchased a couple of blankets and some wash cloths and towels just to get by. When we went out for a day in town we passed one of their housekeepers and maintenance man. The housekeeper was wearing short shorts and had a cigarette hanging from her mouth and the maintenance man was wearing the dirtiest shirt and shorts I have ever seen . ( which he wore for the day and a half we were there.) We stayed out of the room the day we arrived and got back late so we put off a shower till the next day. When we did get time to shower we turned on the water and from the spout that fills the tub came the cold water and from the shower head came the hot water. You could not get them both to come from the shower head ! After that we couldn't take it anymore so we left. We didn't visit the lobby to complain, there was no need, they were not going to make it right ( as we could tell from the "NO REFUNDS" sign we saw at check-in) If you want to enjoy your stay and want your family to enjoy their vacation DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! This is a prime example of you get what you pay for.... This is not an exception at this property after seeing all the broken luggage carts and broken equipment in the breezeways covered with old bed spreads this is definitely the rule. Absolutely the WORST stay at a hotel in my life. If we had to find a bright spot in this ordeal we would have to say it would be that we don't think we brought bed bugs back with us.....

My wife and I stayed here twice before and had been pleased so I booked a two bedroom suite for ourselves and three traveling companions for a five night stay from Sep 7 to Sep 12th. The first issue was the toilet roll holder that wasn't attached to the wall in the one bathroom. As soon as it was mentioned to the manager it was fixed quickly. We noticed right away that the wireless didn't work. None of our devices would even see the router and the manager was notified. It was really inconvenient being without wireless Internet access.The problem was never fixed while we were there. I inquired about a partial refund since with didn't have wireless access for our entire stay and was informed by the manager that it was up to the owner. At the time of our check out and departure a partial refund was never offered or given. Other issues were my wife discovered dirty dishes left in the dishwasher and the oven. I discovered what appeared to be a small cockroach about an inch in length on the door in the kitchen which I had my wife take a picture of before I killed it by hitting it with a boot. Before we checked out I let the manager know about the cockroach. I didn't look for or see any more than the one. The manager, Mary, was polite and accommodating and did what she could while we were there. Based on this stay we will be seeking lodging elsewhere the next time we stay in Gatlinburg.
