I will admit, i couldn't make it to the end the first time around...but i did this time, as painful as it was.
Ok, so what i see is that the cameraman is being very confrontational and aggressive in his speech towards the officers on the scene. Yes, they might not have had the right to hold him there and question his child, we are not shown enough to really say either way there. However, he repeatedly berates and even at times threatening the officers, going so far as to say he will 'own them' if he is so much as touched and egging them on by saying "I know you want to touch me" (4:55
He also rails on about them properly identifying themselves...and i can find no law in ID requiring such a thing.
My thoughts are that it is not an 'Ol World Law' that they are paying attention to, they are merely doing what they interpret as their job (correctly done or not) and are calmly trying to deal with an actively annoying citizen.
