Paddock Chevrolet truly cares about their customers. I traded in my beater car towards a lease on a Cruz. They gave me a very fair valuation for my trade-in, and went through each of the possible discounts Chevy was offering to see what I qualified for. I got a great price on the lease! They were so helpful in every aspect of the transaction. Anyone thinking about a Chevy should DEFINITELY GO TO PADDOCK!

after reading most of the over 200 comments you can tell that (2 years ago) must were from the employees. I could be wrong, but every satisfied customer is not going to give 5 stars and name drop the salesman. looks like the owner do try to make things right but the over all impression that is given is that Paddock has poor customer service and just looking to make a buck. I got some money coming my way and I'm looking for a dealership that has honest reviews on all sites that gives them; two sites tell me that this one will take my money and keep me returning for repair after repair.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely. I went to look at a used vehicle. I liked the vehicle and was very ready to make a deal, sat down with Randy and instantly knew I was in for it. He asked me if I had "any don't lie, he said....if you don't, oh well." After someone checked the car I intended to trade in, Randy basically told I me was lying. He stated "the "Car Fax" showed my vehicle had 2 accidents, and the vehicle was not worth a dime." Randy then proceeded to insult my intelligence...after 2 attempts to negotiate, I knew I should have trusted my gut instinct and walked out when I was not even acknowledged by the receptionist when I entered the used car showroom.

I had a great experience at Paddock Chevrolet. My salesman, Joe Hollinger, did an excellent job of finding the right car for me, and Mr. Paddock went out of his way to make it fit into my budget. I was completely satisfied with my shopping experience, and will definitely recommend Paddock Chevrolet to all of my friends.

I brought in my 2012 Chevy Equinox to have the back hatch worked on. I had discovered rust forming and I wanted to get it taken care of before the warranty was up and before it became a bigger problem. Paddock provided me with a rental car for the time that my car was in the body shop. I also noticed a burning rubber smell from the car for a few weeks and service tried their best to get it to happen again but as if often is the case, it did not perform under pressure. I appreciate the time taken by the staff to check out all possibly avenues for the smell and even my Jesse took the car out for a drive. Paddock kept me informed of the progress on my car. Things were fine it seemed and I have not had an issue since. Paddock is an excellent dealership and I have been 100% satisfied with all my dealings there.

2004 Pontiac Vibe. Towed to Paddock Chevrolet by AAA from UB North Campus. Starter motor failure. Roland LaVigne, Customer Care Manager, promptly and professionally handled AAA flatbed truck driver, organized repairs to the vehicle and a shuttle ride for me. Estimated/quoted price for starter motor replacement was exact to the penny. Customer waiting area is excellent.
