The servers are always friendly and responsive. They recommended the calabazitas one day and I am now in love. Their ancho sauce is so full of deliciousness that I put it on almost everything. I like the servers. Seems like you pretty much need to have the interesting body art vibe and look fly in a hat to work there. The people are all friendly and have gone so far as to make some fresh ancho for me when they were out.(no extra charge btw.) It is a little on the expensive side, but they have the card that you can earn free meals and I always enjoy my food, so... It's worth it.

best places to get burritos. It goes like this....Bullritos>chipotle>every other burrito restaurant in the world (except tacobell)> taco bell>and then finally freebirds. If management would just respond to my complaint and apologize, I would at least move them in front of tacobell, or perhaps "every other burrito restaurant in the world". But then I'd be lying. Do yourself a favor, there's a chipotle just down the street off Heights Blvd, go there instead. If chipotle isn't possible, you can literally walk across the parking lot to the taco bell. You might not get quality meat, or real meat at all, but at least its edible.

All the cheese went to one end of the burrito and they charged extra for sour cream.

I get the salad bowl with steak and lots of toppings at dinner time when the place is very quiet. The quality has been just as good as other Freebirds. The servers are also easier to get along with than some of the other Freebirds, I guess I'd say they're more easy-going. They also take their time to make sure to get the order right.

The epic war of Freebirds vs. Chipotle is over and Freebirds has won. Not just the battle but the whole dang war! The last battle was that cilantro rice that Chipotle has had forever but not anymore as Freebirds has finally got it in. The plus marks for Freebirds now is (1) a large variety of tortilla sizes AND flavors, (2) put your tortilla in your bowl! (3) craft beer on tap, (4) faster free burrito with loyalty rewards, and (5) their employees have a lot more tattoos and piercings. The list could go on for days but I don't want to be the dead horse that is Chipotle.
