Interesting presentation at the Healthy Life Summit on soy (The Whole Soy Story: Practice Safe Soy). If you eat soy, I'd recommend you take a look (and then obviously follow up with your own research if you are skeptical of the claims)

Went into +CrossFit Fredericton today with the intent on having a quiet day of hot tubbin and a light workout :) .. oh well
