Perfect harbouring setting, i would absolutely recommend sitting outside, lovely ambience. Excellent service and gorgeous food, just a bit on the pricey side.

Dining room kinda weird, Asked to be reseated and were accommodated. Server was attentive and good. Food was good but everything overpriced.Very few gluten free options!!. Asked for a small side of plain white rice and was charged $7 for it along with my $34 entree. Really? I don't remember Roy's in Oahu being so pricey...

We normally enjoy Roy's but last night the service was very poor. One meal came cold. Another was late so we had to sit and wait. We asked for water when ordering drinks. It was served after we had the entrees.

Whenever I am in seaport village, this is one of my favorite places to eat. I love looking at its wide windows while enjoying my lovely meal. For lunch, my usual is the Roy's ClassicTrio: Hibachi grilled salmon, macadamia nut mahi mahi & hawaiian style misoyako butterfish. I usually get the roasted macadamia nut crusted Mahi Mahi with lobster cream sauce for dinner. it is cooked to perfection. The service is excellent. The servers are friendly and attentive. The space is big enough to handle large crowds, but it isn't overwhelming. Tip: Sign up to be on their list, and get pretty good deals & discount offers.

Walked into a beautiful establishment with a great ambience but unfortunately that was all, service was horrible. Took 30 min to order appetizers. Original waitress barely acknowledged us, in which we found out was bc she was soon to get off. We received a new waitress and then Waited hour and fifteen min to get our meal in which was seafood?? My rice was cold, my lobster tail too salty, and crab cake dry with little to no crab. For the cost this restaurant not worth it!! I will NEVER return, and would NEVER recommend anyone EVER !!!!

Overall nice restaurant. The lighting is a little weird, I got stuck under what felt like a heat lamp and they were unable to dim the light. The consensus of the table was the food was average, and a little pricey. The wait staff was very nice and knowledgable but I'm giving this a 3 because of the food taste/price ratio.

I have been to a handful of Roy's. If I'm asked what's my favorite restaurant...answer is always Roy's. Now with that said, it's sad I have to give this location a bad review. Of all the locations I have eaten at, this by far is my least favorite. I left here saying, "never again" and "can't wait to try the La Jolla location". The restaurant itself need a face lift. Not very Hawaiian if ya ask me. It looks like a 90's restaurant. The service was not so great either. Worst service I have ever received at a Roy's. Before going to a Roy's I know what I'm ordering. The food here wasn't that great either. I had the butterfish as always...the sauce was overpowering and didn't enjoy the fish as I normally do. Of course it still melted in my mouth but the flavor just wasn't there. I hated to do it but giving them 3 stars is a stretch. The 3rd star only comes because I am normally a huge Roy's fan!!!
