Hooray! Hooray! It's going to Be Saison Day! Join us as we partner with Allagash Brewing for this spectacular event on 3/12/16. Chef Pierre Gignac of Ocean will be cooking up Franco-Canadian-style dishes including Cassoulet, Pork Rillettes and Maple Taffy made on snow, all paired with Allagash's craft brews. Includes dinner and beer pairings.
