Which Would You Chose Traditional Banking Or PCG’s Methods?

Commonly, an entrepreneur goes into his traditional bank to seek a loan for whatever purposes the capital is needed for. The entrepreneur discovers he does not have the necessary collateral to qualify for the loan nor the credit score to obtain the loan. The entrepreneur is told he can secure a LOC (Letter of Credit) from a reliable source, and then the bank may consider his loan application.

When this method is done, it’s normally call CREDIT ENHANCEMENT. This is the primary reason SBLC (Standby Letters of Credit) actually exist. Essentially, the SBLC guarantees to the lender (Bank) that the loan will be paid off if the borrower does not pay his note.

So the SBLC is sent to the lending bank and the entrepreneur gets his loan and begins making the monthly payments. What is the cost to the entrepreneur? His cost is in the SBLC.

To simplify PCG’s methods of obtaining the capital its clients require, PCG has both the LENDER and the source of the SBLC.

The methods of PCG can get the funding you need in a proficient and cost effect manner. And remember, YOU NEVER HAVE TO PAY BACK THE MONEY! PCG’s methods are not a LOAN.

Up to $3 million ($100,000)
Up to $6 million ($200,000)
Up to $9 million ($300,000)

Call us for capital $10 million and above.

Hi Ken,

I thank you Ken Hollowell. I think this is one of funding solution made alternative structure .

As one may know Africa entrepreneurs fund seekers would find this structure as their solution in finding their bankable projects getting funded.

Africa start up fund seekers market is indeed so huge but inexperience of Africa situations by most of financiers, brokers and other many players in financing industry from Europe and America have been by itself an agenda to look at by those who aim their financial products go globally.

Welcome and think about having special arrangement for Africa fund seekers.

PCG Can Arrange the Capital You Need in as Little as 60 Days!

When there’s a need for capital with a startup business, expansion capital, increasing inventory, marketing, advertising or anything else, PCG can arrange it in as little as 60 days.  PCG’s funding program begins with providing a minimum of $3 million with no terms or conditions on the money.  Larger amounts can be discussed with a representative.  The best news is the capital is NON-RECOURSE which means it never has to be repaid.

PCG DOES NOT charge any upfront fees for its services to its clients however all clients will need to have liquid cash available for PCG to acquire the capital. If you want more information, e-mail info@profrancapitalgroup.com

Compare PCG’s Services with Common Methods of Capitalization

With PCG, the cost to obtain capital can be as little as $100,000 which provides up to $3 million within the short time-frame of 60 days or less. Up to $6 million within 60 days and $9 million within 90 days. In addition, the capital received NEVER has to be paid back because it’s NON-RECOURSE.

Now let’s look at common or traditional ways entrepreneur attempt to get funded:

1. Borrowing money from friends or family members. The entrepreneur may be able to borrow very small amounts of capital this way but seldom can millions be obtained.  This method can be quick but usually isn’t enough to fund the business or project.

2. Borrowing from the Bank. Needless to say, very few individuals can successfully achieve their capitalization unless they have the collateral to back the loan. The interest rates may not be feasible and affordable too. Can take months with many conditions and strings attached.

3. Going to Private Investor or Venture Capitalist. Both of these methods usually results in a very large portion of your company be owned and controlled by the parties providing the capital. In addition, the money is often only a loan and the equity is still retained by the PI or VC. Can take months to achieve.

4. Using a Private Placement Memorandum to raise capital. Any business entity that is a corporation or LLC that intends to sell equity in the form of private shares of stock or membership units MUST comply with the SEC Regulations. The costs of preparing, along with State filings could be in excess of $50,000 with no guarantee anyone will buy into the company. According to reports by the SEC, more than 95% of the companies never succeed in raising their capital. This method usually requires 12 months or longer to achieve and possibly longer.

5. Obtaining capital through a joint venture or acquisition/merger. If the business is attractive enough to capture the attention of another business owner that is willing to buy the company or a piece of the company is only achievable after the company has many years in business. Most individuals who use this procedure will not be the majority owner any longer either. Obtaining capital by giving up a business isn’t usually an option to most business owners. This method could take 6 months or longer.

6. Crowd Funding methods. This is the newest method available to startup companies with very few being able to obtain their capital needed. Most fall well short of their goals and can take many months to begin with. This method is often referred to as “grinding” out capital because of the effort, energy and time involved.
