Great place to stay! Units are nice and clean. They are a little bit cheap because they try to sell you everything, but what time share doesn't? Quick to the parks and the location provides easy access to the Disney parks. They will charge you a fee to take their bus though!

When we showed up to the resort my wife went inside to check in and I stayed outside with the two kids 2-3. Check in was great but She was told that we have to attend a time-share orientation at 7:45am or 12:00pm. Which if you did attend you get 7 days of free stuff and if you didn't you would get charged $30.00. She explained to them that we have two small children and it wouldn't work out for us. They insured her that they would have breakfast ready in the morning for us and a daycare center to watch the kids "Great". They also told us that this is not a sales pitch "LIE, COME ON" and we would be on a golf cart most of the time being shown the facility. Well my wife and I hate losing money and It sounded as if it was not going to be that bad. So we got to the visitor center with a lot of other people and the first thing i was looking for was the breakfast for the kids. There was no breakfast for us at this location so luckily we had pretzels with us. We went to check the kids into daycare and they only accepted 3 and up so we had to take both kids with us. Not a problem 1 hour we can handle that so we got on the golf cart and took off. The only thing the kids where excited about was the golf cart and it only lasted 5 min to the next location and that was it. So we where brought into the big room with lots of chairs and table by are tour guide. I instantly saw the food which it was donuts and fruit but are guide told us that we had to sit next to each other and that the kids couldn't sit in the middle of us because his managers would get up set with him. He also had to stop with his sales pitch every time one of had to chase are kids into another room or when we went up to get more food because his mangers would get upset with him. So after we had a walk around one of the facility, 1 1/2 hours have passed we where back in the same room sitting down with the guide. We told him we are not interested he wanted us to talk to his manager and insisted that we give him are ID's and credit card. by this time we where trying to do anything to get out, are kids where going crazy 2 hours have passed now. They manager came up to us with are guide and gave us the same sales pitch but cheaper price. Still was not interested are guide gave us back are ID's and card, and told us that another manger was coming over to close out are account. I asked our guide again will we seriously be charged $30.00 if we walk out right now, He responded with, "Yes I am so sorry," then he left. So closing manager came and gave us yet another sales pitch. We told him that we are not interested about 10 times. Then told us that the closing manager was coming over to close are account????? He left so fast I didn't even get a chance to tell him that i thought he was the closing manager. Now, 3 hours into this 60 minute non-sales pitch the closing manager came over and by this time are kids were running everywhere and my wife and i had been in this room for so long that we don't even care anymore about them bothering anyone. As the closing manager gave his sales pitch and closed are account my wife and I just kept laughing, at him or at are selves, for putting up with this crazy mess. Bottom line JUST PAY THE $30.00 so you don't have to go threw the stress. The Room we had a studio, 2 beds, small kitchen. Looks like a hotel room. Cons *No cleaning serves *Garbage in the hallways because of it *No balcony *Some of the suites say they over look a court yard, It is an inside court yard that people can see into your room the shades stay shut all of the time. Feels like you are living in a basement. Pros *Outside is beautiful *Pools are amazing *I would come back again if I was in a villa. *Friendly staff

I wish I had read these reviews before I agreed to the vacation package at this resort. I NEVER fall for these scams but after 45 minutes on the phone the marketing agent from Holiday Inn Club Vacations convinced me that there were no strings attached. However, when I got to the hotel who offered me the complimentary stay at this resort I was charged double!! When I questioned this they simply told me it was because I had agreed to 5,000 points. I did agree to points and asked what they were for and if it was free...I was assured again...Yes free because we value our members. However, they were charging me double and also very dishonest throughout the entire process of trying to fix this over charge. After extensive phone calls with the management of the hotel in Texas and Holiday Inn corporate offices I was finally reimbursed for the overage charged. However, they supposedly can not do anything about the $249 I paid to Holiday Inn Club vacations because it is a different company. When I contact Holiday Inn Club Vacations I am told it is non-refundable. I tried to explain that at this point I do not want to accept this vacation because I can not trust Holiday Inn. I DO NOT want to go to Florida and be charged a bunch of hidden fees. Of course, I was told to e-mail like the other reviewers and have yet to hear from them. I have never given a negative review for any company. Unfortunately, this review is my last hope for getting my money back. It is my hope that someone from Holiday Inn Vacations will contact me and the other reviewers who were scammed and make this right. If you are reading this please do not fall for it! I can not believe I did!!

Facilities too spread out. Expect many older stale buildings, dying appliances, and small water heaters due to the nature of the isolated rooms. Room interiors themselves are about on the level of any generic hotel, not quite resort level of quality. Plenty of activities outside, most expensive though. There's better options in Orlando.

Love this place! 1300 sq ft villas with all the comforts of home. 7 pools to choose from. Lots for the kids to do. Good prices when you book early. Close to everything you need in Kissimmee. It's in Florida! Don't waste your money on a timeshare. You can get a 2-bedroom villa for $168/night when you book in advance (do a search for "Holiday Inn Friends and Family Rate").

If I could move in - I would! The resort is absolutely beautiful! Large, spacious rooms; gorgeous decor; fully functional kitchens and as far as I was concerned had everything that I could possibly ask for! On-site guards as well so very safe! While the on-site restaurants can be a little pricey there are plenty of great places to eat outside of the resort. I genuinely can not think of one complaint about this place! We stayed in the recently renovated West village and it was gorgeous. The pools are lovely and clean, there are plenty of activities if you want to do that and it is close to a lot of major parks and shopping malls! One thing to note : At the checkin desk they will encourage you to go to a time share meeting, making it seem all casual just to get free bands for the lazy river etc... when you go however the reps are pretty intense! It is not for the faint of heart!

We loved it, 2nd time we go this year. The first time we stayed in the 3 bedroom villa and were able to accommodate 11 people comfortably, the beds are big and comfortable, living room dining room combo is open and comfortable as well, everything was very clean. The parks are very close. Also a Publix is less than a mile away so we did all our shopping there. We loved it so much, we ended up coming back 2 months later, it was a little cold for the kids to go inn the pool so we did other things inside the resort. They had a blast, didn't even miss the pool. We already book our 3rd stay this year!
