Lovely resort. Went there on our honeymoon. Tons to do, one village has a pool another village has a lazy river. Definitely eat at breezes, you won't regret it.

The resort is nice with lots to do but we have complained for 3 days that a dead bird is right outside our only window. The view is of the hotel pool. We are one floor up, above the arcade and the dead bird is behind the sign. YUCK!!!!! Why won't they take care of this???????

We were invited to attend a 90 minute Holiday Inn Club Vacation presentation while in Orlando, Florida in exchange for ticket discounts. The presentation was pleasant enough, but after politely declining the offer, we were bombarded by three additional "high-pressure" salesmen, which took 2.5 hours to finally end. I had no questions and repeatedly asked to get the promised tickets and be allowed to leave, but was told that the "next-level" supervisor need to evaluate our experience. Going into this experience I had a very positive image of IHG and often stay at their hotels. After our recent experience, our opinion of IHG is very poor and it will be a long time, if ever, that we will patronize any of their motels. We can only assume that IHG corporate officers condone these high pressure sales techniques. This is "bad business" and I intend to spread my experience with all who will listen. Our experience is diametrically opposed the stated IHG Corporate Responsibility statement. I would put this off to a one-off experience, but in my discussions with several of that day's participants, our experience was not unique.

This place is awesome and gotten better I went here 2 years & also 17 years ago and it was so awesome as a kid and family I brought my own family. It's like a perfect home away from home. Great security, awesome staff and not far at all from shopping, food and Disney. Great parking and the on site to do are excellent like lazy river, shuttle service and golf courses. Take your family and enjoy!!!

I have been an owner since 1989. This however is my first time returning since 1997. There is plenty to do on the resort. I found the staff to be helpful. The 2 bedroom unit had granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms which is a nice upgrade. I would highly recommend this resort because it is near Disney world and is well maintained.

They nickel and dime the owners. Constantly trying to find a reason to get you back in front of a salesman even using misinformation. The maintenance costs are high. The resort itself is nice so rent and don't buy.

Checked in yesterday for three nights.Quite a large place,impressive accommodation ( am in 2 bedroom villa,West village ).To make things clear for newcomers,there is nothing free except pools and the pools are same standard as in a nice hotel are and rest of all things need to be paid as in other resorts like rock climbing , golf and above all you need to pay for tubing rental for Lazy river ( was disappoint to hear that ). Another thing is push for time share,though i refused 3 times but finally accepted it as was told that you ll be able to avail some facilities free in terms of resort credit.Convinced my kids to go to attend time sharing and got them out of pool and imagine they didn't have our booking and when i spoke to sales person Jasmine in Tour town centre,she was able to offer apology and did not realize that how much botheration was for us.I guess sales people get additional credits for selling time share presentation so don't care if it was convenient or inconvenient to the guests.Lesson for the next time either it is a named brand or any other hotel,you have to be careful with their sale tactics.Dont let them spoil your vacation time. Overall,so far is an average stay and might look into alternatives next time.

We were offered a package through Hertz because I'm a frequent traveler to pay $250 up front and then get $250 back in cash if we listened to a 90 minute sales presentation. My wife and kids have been wanting to go to Disney World for a long time and I took the package because I thought it would be a good opportunity to try it out. We booked our rooms and then also booked our tickets/reservations at Disney World. A few weeks later we received an email that our sales presentation was scheduled for the same day we had already booked our Disney World Reservations and tickets. I called Holiday Inn and said we needed to reschedule our sales presentation because we would be unable to attend due to our Disney trip. AT THIS TIME I WAS TOLD WE WOULD BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST TO SEE IF WE COULD GET RESCHEDULED. When we arrived I asked about our request to be rescheduled for the sales presentation to the next day and they gave me a phone number to call. I called the number and after waiting on hold for about 15 minutes a prompt said I could request a call back by pressing 2. I did this and was never called back. The next day, which was the day we were scheduled by Holiday Inn for the sales presentation, my family and I went to the Tour Facility to ask in person to be rescheduled and maybe attempt to see the 90 minute presentation and then leave asap. The people were rude, never attempted reschedule us and told us the presentation was 2 hours not 90 minutes. We decided we would try to squeeze in the presentation, which started at 8:00. We waited for 30 minutes before a salesmen called our name. I told the salesman about our dilemma and he said the presentation with him lasts 2 hours and then it would be potentially another 2 PLUS hours with his manager and going over options. I WAS FORCED TO EITHER MAKE MY FAMILY MISS OUR DISNEY TRIP OUR LISTEN TO THE PRESENTATION FOR 4 + HOURS! I obviously chose to skip the presentation and was given a phone number to find out how much I would be charged for missing it. The next day I called the number. I was told we would be charged $400 PLUS WE WOULD LOSE OUR $250 DEPOSIT. We were given paperwork that said we would be charged at most $300, but they told me they had UPGRADED US TO A 2 BEDROOM SO THEY WOULD NEED TO CHARGE ME MORE!! I explained the situation about how I tried to reschedule the sales presentation for over a month and the hotel staff made no effort whatsoever to reschedule us. Also I mentioned that when we booked they said the presentation would only be 90 minutes and we made an attempt to go but were told the presentation would be between 2 - 4 hours by our sales rep. The manager on the phone got smart with me and said he showed we only stayed at the presentation for 35 minutes and that even if we thought it was only 90 minutes we only stayed for 35 anyway. WE ACTUALLY ONLY STAYED FOR 5 BECAUSE WE WERE FORCED TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 30 FOR A SALES REP TO SEE US. I ASKED THE MANAGER IF I CAN'T STAY FOR THE FULL 4 HOURS WHY WOULD I WASTE ANY TIME AT THE PRESENTATION SO I COULD FORCE MY FAMILY TO MISS DISNEY WORLD!! I travel for a living and have stayed in every brand of hotel. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED AND MY FAMILY AND I FELT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A BAIT AND SWITCH JOB THE LED TO US FEELING LIKE WE WERE ROBBED!! PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!
