“Sliding into jowls and folds.”
When the skin on your face starts to lose its elasticity, one of the things that kind of surprises you, is having your used-to-be high and contoured cheeks check out on you. Your face seems to flatten before your eyes. Where there had been “high”, were now looking hollow. Which is not a good look on anyone. Deflated cheeks, deflated ego. I needed both filled out. I’m not going for those enviable, angular model’s cheekbones. I mean they had to be born with those things. I wanted to look into getting cheek implants, but “fake”, was my big fear. I didn’t want end up with these unnatural looking things I’ve seen on some celebrities who just ended up looking like…well…like cheek implants gone wrong. When I finally had them done, the surgery went beyond right. I have Dr. Thomas A. Narsete to thank for that. He made me feel safe in his skilled hands and his experience and expertise was totally evident in some of the photos I saw. Call for an appointment now.
And get ready to put your best face forward.

“50 shades of shaders.”
I’ve had it…blenders and shaders galore. At prices galore. You go into a department store and “makeup artists” lure you in to give you on-the-spot demos. “You won’t believe how you’ll look”. So you sit there and let them do their thing. They’re done, and even squinting you don’t see such a big (if any) difference. But you whip out the credit card and ring up yet another product that gets immediately dumped into the drawer of would-be cheekbone miracles. I needed a real miracle, and his name is Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. My daughter is actually who found him through one of her best friend’s moms. (Who, by the way looks amazing.) She had cheek implant surgery with Dr. Narsete, and it made her look 50 shades of younger. It was so natural the way they filled out her face. Which made him the natural choice to do the same for me. I’ve already got an appointment. And I can’t wait. Schedule your free consultation at (720) 379-3468 or for more information visit http://www.tnplasticsurgery.com/cheek-implant-surgery/

“30 Inside, 60 Outside”
I’m only 38, but you’d never know it looking at me. I have the same deep furrows my dad had his whole life (at least that’s how I think of them). Genes? Could be. But overall, other than my nose diving brow, I look good. I have a pretty good body thanks to weekly bouts at the gym. I can really “style it” as my friends all told me. My husband thinks I look sensational (but then love can be blind.) So how did my brows sag, leaving me with a permanently sad expression? Or like I was pissed all the time? (The only thing that pissed me all the time was looking in the mirror at someone who couldn’t possibly be me.) I went to a plastic surgeon who told me, “hey, it happens”. This was an answer? Well, this certainly wasn’t the guy I was going to let get anywhere near me. I wanted to look vibrant and my face to feel rejuvenated. Then, on a recommendation, I went to another plastic surgeon and knew in a minute he was the one. Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. Loved him immediately. He understood what I was going through and felt he could definitely make me look younger. I made an appointment for surgery on the spot.

“I’m afraid of the “deer in the headlights” look.”
I had heard about brow lifts and how they could lift the skin on my forehead that gravity was having its way with. My upper eyelids were drooping to the point of having trouble putting eye makeup on. My eyebrows were going horizontal and it seemed “arches” were a thing of the past. I wanted a brow lift not just for the look it could give me, but to give my spirits a much needed lift. A sagging brow can really take a toll, inhibiting your facial expressions. You look cranky, angry and upset most of the time. That’s not who you are, by a long shot, it’s just the vibe you give off. I was just worried about overdoing it. Or actually, having the wrong plastic surgeon leave me that way. Fortunately, I found Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. A “modern-day-sculptor” was how someone described him. And they weren’t wrong. Make an appointment and see what I mean. It’s a real eye opener. “Even My Confidence Sagged”
O.K., so you’re in clothes, and all the imperfections with your breasts are hidden. But the naked truth is, you can’t stop thinking about what you look like when you’re naked. I know age changes a woman’s breasts and that they lose some firmness. But why me? My breasts were really deflated and hung down like sock puppets. Don’t laugh. It certainly deflated my ego. There was also a lot of space between them. These weren’t supposed to be what breasts looked like. It got to a point I couldn’t live with them. A friend referred me to one of Denver’s most renowned plastic surgeons, Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. I didn’t know what to expect, or what to do. Make them bigger? Dr. Narsete was amazing. He totally understood my feelings, and suggested a breast lift. I didn’t even know what it was, so he spent a lot of time explaining it and showing me photos. I made an appointment on the spot. Now my breasts are back where they belong.
You don’t have to suffer, you just have to call.

“Gravity is My Enemy”
There have always been people who thought I was so lucky to have large breasts. Lucky? If only they knew. Once you pass DD, you’re in for a lot of pain and discomfort. You get home, and can’t wait to take your bra off. And what happens then? Not so pretty. They drop like bombs from the weight, literally. There was a time when women were getting huge implants—think Heidi Montag and Pamela Anderson. Huge breasts were an obsession. Getting them, that is. What I’ve been obsessed with my whole life, is making them smaller. I finally decided to look into my options, and the name that kept coming up was Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. He had the expertise. The experience. The skill. And just as important, the understanding. He also had an artistic eye for what would be right for my body. And he was right, in every way. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Call for an appointment now. You’ll feel comfortable from the minute you do.

“Try Looking Sexy in Fitting Tops”
I look in the mirror, and it says “boy”. That my breasts are flat is understatement. To say that it has always bothered me, I’ve never had a time when I haven’t been critical of how they look. They’re certainly not the kind of full breasts men look at. I hate shopping for clothes. If I try on something clingy, I feel like a long stick. Hiding under flowing, oversize tops isn’t the answer, either. Been there, hated that. This was my body, and I finally decided to do something about it. I wanted to make my breasts larger, but I wanted to make sure I chose the right plastic surgeon to do it. I did more research than you can imagine, and found the perfect one; Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. He had the skill and expertise I was looking for. Just as important, he had an aesthetic eye to help determine what was right for me. I didn’t want breasts that screamed “fake, fake, fake”. Now that I’ve had the surgery, I scream “beautiful”. If flat breasts bring you down, call for an appointment now.
I couldn’t be happier. Or feel sexier.

“They’re Not Just Accessories or Mere Body Parts”
You can’t put breasts in the same category as arms, legs, elbows, knees…from the time I was young, breasts became a special part of me. The me that wanted to be feminine and sexy. The me I wanted men to admire. The me that wanted to look spectacular in clothes…O.K. with maybe a touch of celebrity envy. I’ve always had this thing about “perky” which I’m not even sure means. We should love ourselves, I know, but if you hate your breasts (and I hear that from friends and even at the gym) your confidence can take a big hit. I know firsthand. I also learned firsthand that I didn’t have to live with all the negative feelings. I went to see Dr. Thomas A. Narsete. He came so highly recommended and in a minute, I knew why. He spent a lot of time listening, answering questions and going over my options. I love my breasts, now. Call Dr. Narsete now.
You’ll love him, too.

“They Don’t Hurt, But They’re Really Painful.”
All I ever wanted to feel was “normal”. With my ears out of balance, my whole face feels crooked. I never had a chance trying to find self-esteem. From the time I was little, my entire life felt like a battle. Sure, I know I’m not the only one with big ears, but I found out that only about 5% of the entire population have overly prominent ears. Which sort of puts me at the bottom of the “normal” barrel. There were times I’d want to bury my head in the sand and never come out. I really battled with depression and my parents tried to help, but just talking about it didn’t help at all. In fact, it just made me concentrate on it more. I’m not being over-dramatic here…just honest. I went to see a specialist in ear surgery, Dr. Thomas A. Narsete, MD and after carefully examining me, he told me everything I could want to hear; he could help. He could reshape my ears to look more proportioned. He could make them appear as if they fit my face naturally. All of which would make me feel the “normal” I always wished for. I’m doing it next week, and I can’t wait. Why should you? All it takes is a call. Schedule your free consultation at (720) 379-3468 or for more information visit http://www.tnplasticsurgery.com/otoplasty-ears-arent-supposed-look-like/

“Spock, Yoda, Jug Ears, Monkey Face…”
“Sticks and stones will break my bones, but names will never hurt me.” Sort of a kid’s sing-song classic. But names, names can break you. I’ve been called everything. There’s a big difference between big and huge. But in addition, I have one ear up and one that goes down. So, I feel like a clown. And yes, “clown” is one of those names I’ve heard over and over. There are some names I’d like to call these insensitive idiots, but what would be the point. If I could say one thing to them though, it would be, “my name is Alex, thank you”. And “Alex” was exactly what renowned surgeon Dr. Thomas A. Narsete, MD, saw in me. He helped me visualize how ear surgery could make a positive change, not only in how I looked, but how I felt. And how do I feel now that’s I’ve had it done? Like I could fly. (Forgetting the Dumbo part.) Stop the suffering with just one call.
