We started the Little Ninja's program for my 5 year old son and are loving it! They are great with the kids and I have already noticed an improvement in manners and behavior from my son. On top of that he loves playing before and after class. Can not recommend the program enough!

I have been taking fitness classes through Bodies in Motion now for a few months and I must say that I enjoy everything about this place. The staff is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about each individual that walks through the door. In addition, the fact that they have a play area indoors is also a major plus! My 10 and 7 year old LOVE to climb and play on the play equipment! They beg to go with me to my fitness classes so that they can play! Bodies in Motion has something for everyone, whether you are looking for a Zumba class, a karate class for you or the kids, a place to enjoy a latte with friends while your kids play, or an exciting experience on the high ropes course, Bodies in Motion is the place to be!!! I really enjoy Bodies in Motion and feel at home when I walk through the doors! I am so glad that I found such a friendly, caring, and fun atmosphere to get into shape while having a great time!!!

Great community! We've been associated with Bodies in Motion for about 1 year. It started with Taekwondo classes and has grown from there. We've met some great families and it's fun to hang out. We had very special 5-yr birthday party! And Parents Night Out! The kids LOVE it and we (parents) LOVE it. It is a safe and healthy place. The staff and instructors are respectful with the children and ask that the children be respectful.

Bodies in Motion is a unique facility that offers adult fitness, obstacle course for children, a preschool, martial arts for all ages, food services, as well as parent's night outs. I have visited Bodies in Motion many times and each time the customer service has been top-notch and the building (to include bathrooms) are always clean. I am grateful this facility is in my area of town! This is a great place to bring kids to play while the parents can kick up their heels and relax! Brandi R - Boise, Idaho

I work out here and take my kids to the play area. I personally love the workout which I have been doing for almost 2 years. I am in the best shape of my life. Facility is always extremely clean to go along with professional and friendly staff. Owners are always on hand to ensure a top shelf experience for both adults and children.

Great family place! It's fun for kids and adults can be relaxing for adults too. It's the best of both worlds. The martial arts program is top notch. Parent's night out is a blessing. And now I have discovered a convenient and challenging way to get myself in shape through their workout programs. Oh, and if you don't have time to prepare dinner? Well, they have a healthy alternative there too. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.

Jen - Kids love it. I enjoy it. Slides, climbing, toys, costumes...there is always something for both my boys to play with before and after class in the huge gym. The Little Ninjas class is awesome for my 4 year old because he gets to play, exercise, and get "homework" like "teamwork" and "memory recall." I like the comfy couches for the families and their Flatbread restaurant inside.
