Pro Tip of the Day by Guillaume Raymond: Warming up before your session on a project is crucial. An elastic band goes a long way. Start by warming up your shoulders, then move on with your biceps, triceps, pectorals and forearms. It takes no space and chances are, this will help reduce risk of injury!

Pro Tip of the Day by Ethan Pringle: "Climbing efficiently is all about striking that perfect balance between relaxation, concentration and confidence. You can't doubt yourself! Keep a positive mental attitude before every climb or boulder. Tell yourself, 'this is easy, I can do this.' Then, take a few deep breaths before pulling on and one in between every move. Last, don't second guess yourself!"
