Let’s Do Lunch

Many of us underestimate the benefits of the mid-day meal. But data, studies, and common sense tell us that we work best when properly fueled, and skipping lunch may not be the best thing to achieve optimal performance and health. In addition to the benefits of stepping away for an hour or so with co-workers, family or friends, the lunch break gives us back the energy that we will need for the remainder of a productive day.
