I read an article today on a couple sites that Microsoft might get rid of Edge in it's current form. That's the internet browser you see in Windows 10.
WooHoo!!!

This week’s tip is a neat site that I heard about from Kim Komando. Be sure to click on the read icon (top area of your browser) to avoid her site’s commercials.

I know you're seeing LOTS of donate options today but my Rotary club has raised 3K (passing the hat) towards the Butte fire victims and that is nothing compared to what we have given out to other local & Int'l causes. ALL MONIES GO DIRECTLY TO PPL!!!

So please consider donating to this 501c3

THX!!

Today I got a call from Apple saying there's something wrong with my account. I DON'T HAVE an Apple account. this week's tip is a friendly reminder that Apple, IRS, Microsoft, etc. will NEVER call you to say something is wrong. Please be careful this holiday season with who you give your personal information too. Verify any links in your emails, text and such, are actually from the person they say they are (look closely at link)
Contact me if you need to learn how to do this.

Today's Tip is a proactive one. It's about closing down a deceased loved ones online accounts. I recently lost another family member to cancer. I'm sad but I'd like to turn this loss into a tip for those of you caring for a terminal person. :~(
1st - bless you for being there for them!
2nd - ask them to give you their account names and passwords.
Yes, ask them for their personal online info.!
The reason for this is, when they have passed on, you can notify their online friends and you can prevent any fraudulent user (hacker) from using your deceased loved one's banking, Facebook, etc., account to their (hacker's) advantage.
