Keep an eye out for personal views and comments that may be posted online and damage your reputation. Your business needs more than a website to represent you.

The answer is to be prepared: respond swiftly to any negative criticism to minimise the impact. Highlight the good comments and also respond to these. If you do nothing, a few searches could have a direct impact on your bottom line. Be proactive in managing your reputation by posting positive messages.
