Three months after we first called Fred, our TV still has the same problem. Fred came out to our house and diagnosed it as needing a new main board, so he ordered a new one and came out to replace it. But it turned out to be the wrong part. Almost a month went by after that, and many phone calls to pester him about it, and he finally came back with the correct part. TV worked great for 5-6 weeks, then the problem came back. Fred came back to our house and suggested maybe the problem was actually being caused by some of our other equipment. He instructed me to disconnect some of it and let him know if the problem persisted. It did. At this point, after months of this, we decided we were done with Fred. Told him he could take the part he sold us back if he'd refund our money. He refused to do this, saying the only thing he'd be willing to do is take our TV to his shop to keep investigating. And this despite his 90 days parts and labor guarantee. We're filing a complaint against him.
