I would like to start off by saying how much my son and my family love going here, not only does my son have a BLAST going on the rides and playing around but the staff has always been so amazing to us and tried their best to make sure all the kids are happy. The food is great, we had my sons 4th Birthday at Lollipop Park last year and I have just booked his party again for this year here. I had the absolute best experience ever and all the kids had the best time. The food was delicious, and they made sure we had the best possible time. All the staff came up and checked to see if we needed help setting up or if we needed anything.I can say the staff went above and beyond! I also wanted to take the time to give a huge shout out to the owner Nathan Elinoff, what a great guy. He took the time out of his life to write an incredibly nice email to me per my good review about a Groupon deal they were having. You can absolutely tell he loves his business and appreciates all the business he has. I will always say good things about this company, and now I can say the owners are just as amazing!!!!! I would recommend this place for anyone!

Response from the owner - a week ago
Hello America(!) I'm so terribly sorry about Ashley's honest & positive review, the hundreds of other respectful & truthful Google & Tripadvisor reviews, as well as the (documented) 40,000 kids and the 3000 birthday parties we host every year for 34 years now. It must have been an "off" day for myself and my staff. We did not mean to exceed customer experience at all - it was purely a mistake on our part. Clearly our rides are dirty, the carpets are filthy, the rides themselves are old and dangerous, our staff never smiles, we never seat belt the kids on the rides safely, our cashiers are trained to be as rude as possible, and we're overpriced, (I'm amazed we're still in business this long). Seriously folks. We absolutely do take extreme pride in what we do, our huge investment in European rides, and love what we've built for young children through 3 generations of customers now. They laugh, giggle and are able to be "safe" in their own little magical world here away from the terrible influences that bombard us every day. Sure there are some adults that don't see that - they're just too busy looking for negative things to write about that are always off topic, have nothing to do with their children having the "time of their lives" or they are jealous of other people's success and love to tear them down with completely untrue & harmful words on "other" review sites. Unfortunately kids don't get to review our business! But rest assured that no one stays in business this long if they're not the most professional, safest & cleanest facility that has outlasted Club Disney, (4) Discovery Zones, (4) Leaps & Bounds, Big Fun, Amazing Jakes, (3) Pump it Ups, (2) Jungle Jim’s Playlands, and “23” other failed children’s fun places here in the Denver area. Thank you to all 3 generations and the tens of thousands of customers that continue to visit us each year with your children. And thank you for the opportunity to serve you and give back since my wife & I got married & started this business just out of high school - we have given over $30,000.00 in cash and over 60,000 admission tickets to schools, churches, non-profits, children's organizations, hospitals and more. We have on display over 10,000 letters & cards of thanks over the last 34 years as well as on our front page of our website. And since it's rare that people actually take the time to compliment others, many thanks to those who did take the time to write positive reviews on Google Reviews & Tripadvisor. The only two review sites that publish "all reviews" fairly.

Safety nightmare at lollipop park- BEWARE. Young kids operate the rides and pay little attention to what is going on. Our youngest child was violently thrown from the "whip" ride and nearly had her legs severed by her own cart. Thankfully she was only bruised and the ride stopped just before the rollers went over her legs... This happened because The operator let additional kids on and did NOT seatbelt them in. He also let the kids stand up and grab cars in front of them... These are 3 and 4 year old kids that lack the understanding and judgment that the operators are paid to watch for in safely operating the rides. And adding insult to injury we were accosted by a member of the management staff when we commented how unsafe the combination of old equipment and staff presented. We were dealt with in an incredibly hostile manner to be honest. And this following our 4 year old being violently ejected from their equipment! The owner told us she reviewed the film and let the employee go as a result.... Well we later discovered this was a lie because we saw the same kid operating another ride when we left an hour later. I don't believe that this place can be trusted and only has its own interests in mind. We saw 2 other kids hurt, and the ride stopped so those kids could be pulled off, during the morning on this same ride from having their heads hit against the side of the cart when it 'whips' around. BEWARE of taking your kids here!

My daughter asks to go here all the time. It is a little indoor amusement park for kids around 3-5....with some wiggle room- my daughter first visited at two and my 7 year old nephew had fun there as well. Whats nice is ride operators will stop the ride if your little one gets scared or upset, no fuss, they just get little one back to mom and start up again. My daughter usually does about an hour to 90 minutes here....cheaper than a movie as parents are free and doesn't bombard her with too much screen time.

We recently took our four year old to Lollipop Park for the first time and she loved it. For the price, it can't be beat. We were there 3.5 hours and I was impressed by the number of times she was able to ride. The facility was clean, had friendly ride operators and when there were lines, they were small. You can opt to buy lunch or bring your own. My daughter can not wait to go back. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

My daughter has a blast when we go here. Its perfect for her, she can ride on everything and it does not cost very much to get her in for the day. They also allow you to go in and out so if you need to leave for lunch or naptime it is not a big deal. We love Lollipop park!

I've brought my 2 year old daughter here several times, and she has a blast every time. If I mention Lollipop Park to her, she goes berserk with excitement. It's the perfect indoor amusement park for toddlers! My little one enjoys and can ride on all rides (sans Whip-It... she's still a bit too small for that one). There are plenty of rides, plus bounce houses, to keep kids occupied for multiple hours. Additionally, Lollipop has recently added a PlasmaCar mini racetrack... Really nice touch! My daughter loves it. Lollipop is a really cute, safe, fun and clean destination for tots where they can run around and be... kids! Wish there had been a place like this when I was her age :) We love Lollipop!

My daughter enjoys Lollipop Park so much that she chose to have her 5th birthday party there. Each time she visits she has a blast riding the high quality amusement park rides over, and over, and over again. We always stay for hours when we go. It is worth every penny we spend when we go there. The price of admission per child is totally reasonable. My daughter has never wanted to leave this fun place. The staff is friendly. It is a clean, safe indoor activity and the rides are obviously well maintained. Parents are even allowed to get on a couple of the rides with their child and do not pay for admission. I am grateful for a place that makes birthday parties for children so stress free. No deposit was required and they cheerfully refunded the price of the ticket of a child we expected to come to the party but didn't.
