Just finished installing an internal snare muffler, what kind of mufflers/ gel/tapes do you guys use to get rid of overtones?

I'd guess that it was because many pre-damped heads and damping products were developed....giving the drummer greater choice....or allowing the drum companies to sell more aftermarket products.....depending on how you look at it.

Got that orange drop goodness. What kinds of caps/values do you guys use/prefer? Do you think capacitors even make a tonal difference?

A little laugh for all you atheists out there :)
Christian comedian Tim Hawkins put together this little gem. I giggled through four minutes of EXTREME funnies. First, though, he starts with Sweet Home Allah-bama. I died!

The V shape "works" but intonation will be more tricky and string tension will be mostly weird.  Forget about drop D without stringing your guitar with suspended bridge cables unless you like playing with spaghetti and the string angle on the A and E string is just too pronounced.  I would definitely go with the staggered shape just because it's easier to intonate and it respects guitar's laws of physics.

They were all very nice people! Even though it's kind of a tough and scary place to navigate they were all patient and they give out a decent amount of pay

The customer service was awesome nice! They specialized mostly in Latino music, but also had jazz, country, soundtracks, alternative, and mostly CD's and not too many vinyls. For a casual collector or listener it was good but a hard core record lover would look elsewhere. Overall good store though!
