Just drinking this 2014 2nd Flush Doke Rolling Thunder Oolong now from my Doke Tea order received on March 26/2015.
I brewed for 10oz/300ml & used brew water at 180F for 4.5 grams for a 1 1/2 minute infusion.
That's a 78% increase in the brew ratio, & it's still a very mild tasting tea.
