Earlier on here someone mentioned making an Ingress/Geocaching mission. I submitted one this week, but it was rejected. The only reason I can think of is because it required the use of the geocaching app. Has anyone ever successfully submitted such a mission?
To complete this mission, I required a passphrase to be entered. The answer to my question came from the geocache name that was hidden nearby the portal I led them to.
New Idea Every Day (Even if it is dumb): You know those boxes that reams of paper come in? And how people use them to move stuff out of their office? I think the makers of the boxes should print, "JUST FIRED" on the sides of them.
Just throwing an idea out that I'm sure that I'm not the only one who has had it. I'd like to see a system of peer review introduced for both mission and portal submissions. It is apparent that Niantic doesn't have the manpower to approve/reject submissions in a timely manor or with any significant feedback in the case of rejections. I think agents who live in the area could make more informed decisions and provide relevant suggestions when approval is not granted.
