Many mid-size Android tablets are designed to be cheap. By contrast, Dell’s new Venue 8 7840, with its high-end display and cutting-edge camera, has been designed to go head-to-head with premium models like the iPad mini 3 and Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4.

So, how well does this model stack up against these competitors? And at $399, is it a better option than sub-$200 models? Follow this link to find out.

This Dell Venue 8 7840 review goes in-depth with a mid-size Android tablet designed to go head to head with premium business and consumer models.

Defragmenting the hard drive on your desktop or laptop should be done occasionally, as it will increase its performance. The same is not true of the SSD or eMMC in your tablet.

Apple has been embarrassed several times when it released new iOS versions only to have to hastly release patches to fix severe bugs. Apparently hoping to head this off, the company has opened up its iOS beta program to anyone who is interested in signing up.

A desktop PC and a tablet make a great combination, giving you one computer that’s very powerful and one that’s very portable. The Kensington KP400 Switchable Keyboard has been designed to work with these devices, so you can reduce clutter and conveniently use both.

It's not the BlackBerry PlayBook 2 we were all expecting back in 2012, but the company once known as RIM will soon release a tablet.

Every now and then it’s handy to be able to capture a picture of what’s shown on your tablet. This isn’t as simple as pressing the “PrtScr” button, but it’s still easy to do if you know the tricks.

Lenovo is hoping to catch the attention of tablet buyers with an 8-inch model that will sell for a price typical of 7-inch ones. The newly-announced Tab 2 A8 is going to start at $129, and will be Lenovo’s first with Android 5.0 Lollipop.

We had the opportunity to try out a prototype of this tablet at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and bring you these first impressions.

Lenovo took advantage of Mobile World Congress last week to unveil the TAB 2 A10-70, the next generation of its full-size, consumer-oriented Android tablet. We were there to give this upcoming model a once over.

This is a great place for semi-casual dining. The food is excellent, with an emphasis on Italian dishes. The service is fast and polite, and there's a wonderful roof deck.

I get takeout from this restaurant all the time, and I'm always satisfied. The employees are polite and they have my pizza waiting for me when I come to pick it up. Out of the dozens of times I've ordered from this place over the last 10 years there was exactly one mixup, and the manager gave me a free pizza and then very quickly made the one I'd actually ordered. It's not gourmet pizza, but that's not what you expect from Pizza Hut. It's decent and cheap. I have no complaints.
