I love their pizza, it's some of the best in Cambridge. However, 90% of the time when I phone in do a delivery order I get a man who can barely understand English and is constantly messing up my order. How does 2 for 1 sound like Mega? I got through it once and it took almost 10 minutes to order because I had to correct my order so many times. Just be patient I guess, but I don't have that sort of patience.

I enjoy Vincenzo's for the most part. But in the news recently they were talking about negative reviews. I didn't like how it seems that they shouldn't happen. A business should learn from them. I have received snooty service from some staff members there and some awesome service too. It's all about the people not necessarily the intentions of the owners.

Lived here for almost three years. It's not bad all things considered but was mislead when I was told it was a family building. It's more of a student variety who don't give a care about their neighbours.

Smells like cigarettes. Service is horrible. Avoid.

Good place but being closed on Sundays should not be an option.
