I certainly like the fact that they try to be different with their food. Definitely NOT the simple Lettuce, Cheese, Chicken, and Mayo type sandwich food that you can find at Burger King, Wendys, and McDonalds. The chicken is juicy and decent tasting, but overall there was nothing about the service, the atmosphere, or even the taste of the food that makes it memorable for me. And the price for the product is just too high for my liking.

Despite the very long lines and longer-than-average wait times, I will drive out of my way, again, to visit this location. The quality of the food, the friendliness of the staff and even the polite customers makes Chick-Fil-A a MUCH WELCOMED establishment in the Twin Cities. Oh, and now I don't have to purchase an airline ticket so I can get through security at the airport to get me some chikin...... I had the spicy sandwich and a regular chikin sandwich w/ fries and a drink. Waited about 15 minutes for my order, but.... that was because it was lunch time, there were 30 orders before mine, and the staff worked VERY hard to accomodate EVERYONE in line. McGarbage, Burger Dump, Windies, Underground Tunnel in DC sub shop, and everyone else - Let it be known, there's a new player in town, and you've seen their commercials - these cows REALLY want you to eat some more chikin!!!!! (yes, I know I've misspelled chicken the entire post....) The the Chick-Fil-A organization - Keep up the great work, I can't wait for the one to open in Apple Valley or Burnsville, wherever it is, it's about 30 miles closer to my house..... THANKS!

The Maple Grove Chick-fil-A seating was very cramped, isles were so close to each other, people were bumping into each other, kids were screaming non-stop in the play area which was in the middle of the eating area so you could not hear the person across from you speak. The Chicken tenders were not done. It felt like we were at a day care or McDonald's.

Meh. What's all the hype about? My family decided to try Chick-fil-a since one opened a couple miles from us. I'll excuse the long lines since most of the people there were probably just curious like we were, and that will change soon. We were completely underwhelmed with the food; not bad, but nowhere close to deserving the devotion people give to this place. The sandwiches were scrawny, average fast food fare. My wife and I both had to go back for a second round of food. Our 5 year old had the chicken nuggets kid's meal; the nuggets were real chicken (unlike the mystery meat nuggets you get elsewhere) but they were tiny - about the size of a quarter each - and there were only four of them. She eats like a bird, but even she needed a second order. In all, it took over $50 to somewhat satisfy our family. We could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for about that price and gotten better food and portion sizes. Never eaten a Chick-fil-a? Go to McDonalds and order a "homestyle" chicken sandwich (the one with the hint of dill flavor and the pickles). It's a slightly lesser clone of the Chick-fil-a "original" sandwich, and it would be hard to tell the difference in a blindfold test. We won't stay away, but we also have no compelling reason to go back.

Totally bland sandwich. I can't imagine that people think this is some kind of great food. I am a Minnesotian calling your food bland! That cannot be a good sign.
