In other words, how you use your time is a good indication of your priorities.

Many people ask their #personaltrainer about the #bestexercises. But what they don’t realise is that there is no definitive answer to this question. The best exercise for you depends on what your overall #exercisegoals are. As an example, the best exercise for someone training for a marathon would simply be to run.

Our trainers would recommend the following as their three favourite exercises however,

1 barebell back squat
2 deadlift
3 burpees

One reason why these particular exercises are so great is that they relate to the movements we make in daily life. They also serve as foundational exercises suited to almost any training programme or sport.

GF Fitness are excited to be launching a new program this Saturday 15th March!  It is a Drop In Pay As You Train Bootcamp for people of all abilities, shapes and sizes!  We'd love to see you there.

Where? Tilt Common, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2RG. Found at the junction of Mizen Way & Leigh Hill Road.

How much? £10 per person inc VAT.

Time? 08:30am every Saturday starting this week on the 15th.
