A good habit for any recovery program is to keep a running log of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as you progress through the steps and make your way to a full recovery.

The Reality of Cell Phone Addiction: http://bit.ly/1GcisvT
Certain European countries and Japan have actually installed “texting lanes” on busy urban sidewalks so that people who are wandering along staring at their phones can be separate from people who are actually paying attention to their surroundings.
It’s a serious issue.

Deryck Whibley got a second chance at life — and he doesn't intend to waste it. Nearly a year after he landed in the hospital with severe ‪#‎liver‬ and‪#‎kidney‬ problems brought on by years of "hard ‪#‎boozing‬," the Sum 41rocker, now 35, opened up about his ‪#‎alcoholism‬ and subsequent near-death experience, saying he can't wait to get back on his feet — and on a stage.
"I'm glad it happened now and not when I'm like, 50. I'm healthier. I'm in the best shape of my life. I drank to wake me up and get that fake energy. There were a lot of times I didn't even want to drink, but I was so tired that shots of Jack were all I could do to get onstage."
Wishing him the best on his road to recovery

And for that I'm grateful, grateful, I have "learned" and understand what it means when I see or hear- there can't be a rainbow without any rain

The Difference between ‪#‎Addiction‬ and Overindulgence: http://bit.ly/1wEvyzi

This is a common question when a person realizes that he/she does something more than is probably healthy but wonders if it’s a full blown addiction or just a bad habit!

Getting Through a ‪#‎Breakup‬ without ‪#‎Drugs‬: http://bit.ly/1Gcb83i
The best way to get through a traumatic upheaval that results in heartbreak and grief is to surround yourself with friends and loved ones who will listen to you, grieve with you, burn pictures of your ex, and indulge in chocolate ice cream and pampering.
