Hmmm...so far, I'm really liking this new Google+ layout. Frankly, I thought the original layout was pretty darn ugly.

Just to let everyone know, I've lost my iPhone. However, I have Google Voice, so if you need to call or text me, use that number. It's the second number on my profile. If you can't see it, you're either not in my circles or in one of my more restricted circles, in which case, I don't want you calling or texting me anyway.

I'm really torn about this Kony issue. I've known about this guy for several years...far before this video had even began production. I was a huge supporter of Invisible Children through college and even participated in a protest. The only thing in this video that really rubs me the wrong way is getting OUR GOVERNMENT involved. Our government's job is not to police the world. The US government has one job, no more, no less, and that's to govern the US. Not to govern the Middle East and not to govern Africa.

But then, on the other hand, are there any other options? How else could we stop Kony and the LRA? He has tens of thousands of children working under him, so is stopping him without the help of our military even feasible? As one guy in the video said, if we don't take immediate action and show we care, his army will just keep growing, which cannot happen. Maybe we could send the Peace Corps or some other big nonprofit over there...

Thoughts? Opinions?

I am at a loss for words. I can't think of the correct adjective to describe this video. A) Disturbing B) Hilarious C) Epic or D) Indescribable. All I know is that I can't stop watching this video, and I laugh even more hysterically each time I watch. The neighbors are probably wondering where the hyena is coming from.

I think I'm going to choose E) All of the above.

I love this place! I go here with some of my college friends every once in a while after 10:00 PM, and they have great deals on their late night menu. My favorite is their nachos! The cheese on these nachos is creamy and fantastic, and they'll also give you FRESH CUT jalapeños! That's right, FRESH CUT ONES, not pickled ones from the jar.

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. While their food is expensive, it's well worth it. The food is always super fresh and loaded with flavor. I recommend the cilantro shrimp. Their prime rib is awesome too. The menu isn't that large, but everything I've had here is great. I've never been disappointed. Their drinks are great too. They have a nice wine selection, and I also would recommend the cucumber martini. The atmosphere is great with dim lights and smooth jazz in the background.

I've only been here once, so I don't have a very educated impression of this place, but I do remember liking it. I had a white mocha, and it was much better than Starbucks. The atmosphere was nice too. There was a lot of abstract art on the wall, and it's situated in a nice area of town.

I just went here for the first time today, and it is AMAZING. The only reason I didn't give this a "best ever" rating is because it closes way too early (5pm Sun.-Thurs., 3pm Fri.) The food was great, authentic Jamaican. I had oxtails, sweet potatoes with pineapples, and rice-n-peas. I also had this Jamaican cream soda called Jamaican Champagne Kola. It's served cafeteria style, and the employees are super nice.

This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. They have the best steaks out of any steakhouse in my opinion. Surprisingly, one of their best items is their burgers. My favorite LongHorn burger is the Texas burger, but even their regular burger is really good. The atmosphere here is great too. There's tons of Western decor such like horseshoes and animal heads on the walls. The only thing I don't like is the prices. Their non-steak items could definitely be cheaper.

This truly is the best restaurant I've ever eaten at. My girlfriend and I went here for Valentine's Day this year, and we were both blown away by the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Everything here was truly perfect. Of course, if the food is over- or undercooked, it's your fault because you cook your own food at your table. They give great packages too for special occasions. The Valentine's package this year was a full four-course meal with a free picture, gift bag, pre-meal activity, and champagne toast. Okay, so I COULD complain about the price here, but I won't because that experience was well worth $200. If you don't want to spend that much, it's a great place to go for just dessert.
