Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts is a healthy lifestyle and fitness program for young adults 18-25 years old and adults 26 and up, held at a Resort & Spa in the Catskill Mountains of New York.  By combining the elements of a luxurious resort hotel with a premiere weight loss program, guests experience the healthiest fun vacation of their lives.

The Shane philosophy revolves around the concept of weight loss and fitness through healthy diet and exercise and reinforced behavior change.  At Shane Diet & Fitness Resorts, guests will lose weight through portion-controlled meals and moderate physical activity, all supervised by a highly qualified, professional staff.   They will also learn practical behavior change techniques so that they can keep the weight off at home.  The program was developed and is run by the owners of Camp Shane, the country’s leading and longest-running weight loss camp for children.
