I've eaten here a couple times, once for lunch during a conference and most recently, for a pre-show dinner. Now that I know how good the food is and close to theaters, I'll be sure to come back. I'm recently vegetarian and I eyed the vegetarian papardelle pasta and instead opted to get the chile cheddar biscuits with honey butter and the little gem chopped salad with radishes and asparagus. It was definitely a rich combo and filling. I paired my meal with a Kentucky mule -- Bulleit whiskey with ginger beer and sparkling wine. It was rather refreshing! For dessert, I debated between the "beeramisu" and the 14-layer cake. I opted for the latter at the server's recommendation ($4 more at $12). It was definitely monstrous but not as decadent or chocolatey as I would have hoped. There was too much buttercream and I would have liked more cake. Next time I'll go for the peanut butter cup or snack cake treats.

Nice bar and restaurant. The first time I cam was for a company party. We got to use a private room in the back, had our own bar, and a great selection of heavy appetizers. The sliders were really good and so were their cheese rolls and desserts. Since then I've been a couple times for drinks and they were great. Plus the ambiance is fun and the staff is friendly.

Very good selection of brews and wines with a decent bar food selection. Nice place to meet up with friends before heading out on the town.

I loved this place. Excellent food and drinks. The cocktails are the best choice for drinks. The steak was cooked perfectly- very tasty. Expensive, but great for a special occasion. The service was wonderful as well. The host even offered to take our picture.

We came here for a surprise birthday brunch and were able to secure a bunch of tables in the back. The downside to getting the tables in the back was that it's right next to where the restaurant connects with the hotel next door, which is also the only way to get to the restrooms that the restaurant uses. The drinks were flowing, however there was hardly any alcohol in the drinks... Huh? This is brunch. And we're in SF. That's just not cool. Bloody Mary's tasted like liquid pizza, and my mojito tasted like liquid Dentyne. As far as food goes, it was OK. My BF ordered the 0.5lb burger, and I got the salmon chopped salad. I didn't think the salmon had much flavor to it, and the vinaigrette wasn't anything special. The burger was actually really tasty. I really got a taste of the meat, which I appreciate. The burger came with a side of shoe-string fries which were tossed with sauteed onions. They were really tasty. Overall, this place OK. I can understand why it's attached to a hotel, as I'm sure it is easy to please the masses with it's medium-sized menu. I probably wouldn't spend the money myself to come back here. I just want to add that our waiter (the older one that is from Barcelona) was absolutely hilarious. We'd come back for him, and that's it.

Food overall was bland. They validate up to 5 hours if you park in hotel's garage. I would park there and just buy a drink at the bar if you plan to spend some time in downtown.
