I had gotten into a car crash and needed a car, I happened to know someone who knew Juan. When we arrived (from Orlando) the salesmen that was assigned to myself & boyfriend completed our application for credit with all the documents that we had provided them and had us sign it. Juan ran my credit, asked him several times about the exact price as well as the salesmen in which he didn't know the pricing of ANYTHING and I had to keep going back and forth inside to ask for price! After being told that they were able to approve us with a high APR we figured it was a go and paid what they told us we needed to pay to leave the lot which was $2,500!! Needless to say after sitting there for 8 hours I ended up taking a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe back home to Orlando. I love it!!
But then I get a calls and text messages from the dealership saying that I do not make enough money to get it and if I didn't bring it back that they would need to report that I stole the vehicle. About a week after fighting with them I received a phone call from some investigator down in Broward County stating I had 24 hours to return the vehicle. She continued to mention how she felt bad and how she wishes we would have taken someone who knew what they were doing so that we didn't get scammed. She states that because I only had the vehicle for 29 days that they would have to issue me some sort of refund which now 10 months later I still haven't gotten anything back!
THESE GUYS WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN YOUR PAPERWORK. THEN ONCE THEY GOT YOUR SIGNATURE, THEY STOP CARING ABOUT YOU.
DO NOT EVEN TAKE A STEP ON THIS CAR LOT! Its really obvious they do not care about their reputation, because, they cant even achieve 2 stars on yelp.
Once, I mentioned how I was going to file a law suite which I still am they decided to stop answering calls, emails, and text messages and when the phone call was answered they would hang up on me when they found out who it was!
I have 3 children and the money I spent getting into a vehicle I could have paid a few months of rent but instead I had to dish out another $2k for another vehicle and eat the cost I paid Michael's.

i live out of town and was corresponding through calls/text with a sale worker juan. i did everything they asked of me and was told the the general manager approved me for $3,000 down and $300 a month on the car i wanted. i repeated over n over to make sure cause i would have to rent a car to get there being 5 hours away plus gas, room and expenses. i was told yes over and over that not to worry they would get me into the car i wanted. they advertise all over social media "no credit, bad credit, repos, etc." that they can get you into your dream car. well i call bullshit on their asses cause i took a day off work, rented a car which cost me $453 for a last minute one way trip. also had to get a hotel and mind you miami ain't cheap especially last minute too. then i get there first thing in the morning to only be told by the guy i was dealing with juan that he was too busy to help me so he blew me off to another guy. then that guy told me i needed to redo the application cause the one online isn't the same as in person. then that's where the runaround began even worse. i was told then that i didn't make enough income, then i didn't have the correct paperwork. they wanted actually court documents and not just payment history from the courts of income. it didn't matter i been with my job for 8 yrs and a manager all they looked at was that my checks varied in pay cause not every week is the same hours. not to mention then they kept passing my paperwork along to the next guy and next guy who just kept asking me the same questions i already answered over and over. all the while being told that not to worry they gonna get me my car. over seven hours waiting and all they do is walk around, talk shit, go smoke, drink coffee, eat food, listen to music, take selfies outside and bullshit you. there office was completely packed and out of all the people there trying to get cars who were "approved already" only 1 person actually left with a car all day. there were customers screaming and fighting with staff cause of their unprofessional-ism making them wait hours and some even on their second day there to only be rejected. and funny part is seemed everyone was dealing with "juan" who was never to be found.

Michell BlackBoi: Yes yes yes Michael's autos is full of more lies than the cars he has on the lot they sold my girl a car knowing she had restricted license. Then two week later they call her saying the bank wants her to get her operator license. There was never a bank involved. The following week they repossessed the car from her and told her she could not get her money Back. Please if you or anyone you Know is about to buy a car my advice to you. Is please do not purchase it from Michael's auto they are full of lies and very deceitful. I must say it again please do not purchase it from Michael's. Any where but that place everyone there are big liars from the owner to the car salesman. Top to bottom.... This incident happened this year 2017 just a few months ago. If you do purchase a car from them . I can only say you will learn from your experience. And self experience is one of the best teachers... So go at your own risk.. Once again THEY SELL MORE LIES THAN CARS...

i live out of town and was corresponding through calls/text with a sale worker juan. i did everything they asked of me and was told the the general manager approved me for $3,000 down and $300 a month on the car i wanted. i repeated over n over to make sure cause i would have to rent a car to get there being 5 hours away plus gas, room and expenses. i was told yes over and over that not to worry they would get me into the car i wanted. they advertise all over social media "no credit, bad credit, repos, etc." that they can get you into your dream car. well i call bullshit on their asses cause i took a day off work, rented a car which cost me $453 for a last minute one way trip. also had to get a hotel and mind you miami ain't cheap especially last minute too. then i get there first thing in the morning to only be told by the guy i was dealing with juan that he was too busy to help me so he blew me off to another guy. then that guy told me i needed to redo the application cause the one online isn't the same as in person. then that's where the runaround began even worse. i was told then that i didn't make enough income, then i didn't have the correct paperwork. they wanted actually court documents and not just payment history from the courts of income. it didn't matter i been with my job for 8 yrs and a manager all they looked at was that my checks varied in pay cause not every week is the same hours. not to mention then they kept passing my paperwork along to the next guy and next guy who just kept asking me the same questions i already answered over and over. all the while being told that not to worry they gonna get me my car. over seven hours waiting and all they do is walk around, talk shit, go smoke, drink coffee, eat food, listen to music, take selfies outside and bullshit you. there office was completely packed and out of all the people there trying to get cars who were "approved already" only 1 person actually left with a car all day. there were customers screaming and fighting with staff cause of their unprofessional-ism making them wait hours and some even on their second day there to only be rejected. and funny part is seemed everyone was dealing with "juan" who was never to be found.
after close to 8 hours i was ten told they couldn't get me into the car i wanted (chevy equinox )but yet wanted to put me into a bmw. all of a sudden the car i wanted happened to be in an accident and they didn't know till i was there. hmmmmm makes no sense to me but apparently i don't know shit. but then they got mad cause i refused to pay for a car i didn't want. they tried saying i need to build credit which i already knew and brought it to their attention when first started the process. i knew i had bad credit but they advertise everywhere they can get you in. what a fucken crock of shit they are!!!!! needless to say i left in tears crying with no car and over $700 less in my account cause i had to re rent a car to go back home one way again. they cost me so much money, time and pay!!! stay away people this place is a complete scam!!!!
